Help me wire up my 250 watt hps please asap!!!!!

hey everyone i need some help i just recieved my 250 watt hps industrial ballast its unassembled so i need some help on wiring it up. by the way i had to reorder a mogul base and buy some black and white wire that go from the base to the ballast so if you could use your imagination. if you need any more information on the ballast ask !!thanx

In the HTG Supply's wiring diagram, you'll notice it tells you twice to connect the socket white wire. NO - this is wrong.

The first one, if you can tell in the pic, is the BLACK wire.
Attach ballast x1 wire to Ignitor X1 wire to Socket BLACK wire.
