HELP me to connect SON-T to Balast please

hey fellows

i'm on the way for journey N:4 , but i need your help

i just brought my new equipment (SON-T 250W Philips bulb , 250W Balast and the cables for it)

and now i'm facing the following issue how to connect the cables to the ballast and the ballast to the bulb reflector

Cable->Balast->Reflector

There are 3 cables - Brown/Blue/Green(yellish)

and 5 holes on the balast and 2 on the reflector

please put them in some order i already numbered the "holes"
