Help! how to properly lst or bend 2 weeks into flower

this one was really bad, it was a complete split on both sides of the stem for about 5cm so that when u bent it, both sides opened up. that happened after rolling the stem in my fingers.
the ones i just bent had smaller splits and seem to be doing ok, plants r still growing.

dude i have had holes completely through stalks and buds on that top were bigger than the rest of all the other tops...you can **** up a branch and it will heal and thrive and grow stronger from that which did not kill it...supercrop if you want the big buds...peace

I had the same problem too with my 3 girls. I just took some hemp, tied it about 3/4 up the plant and bent it over to about a 50 degree angle. I did this about the 2nd week into flowering. After a couple of weeks you can take the tie off and the plant will stay that way. Kinda looks Bonsai. Its amazing how much LST helps.
