I need help to choose my futur camera

I see it :

Reflex OLYMPUS E450+14-42+40-150


with this :

Wide angle lens 14-42: group shots are successful every time, the zoom range is equivalent to 28-84 mm.

40-150 mm telephoto: to take great pictures whatever the distance, the zoom range on this lens is equal to 80-300 mm.

the price is 387 euro

Do you think it's a good choice ??
