hi. i dont think the police here in DK directly looks for MJ plants. think they only come if some one reports you.. but better get it confirmed from others

i got busted 6 years ago 4 indoor plants in flower and a to outside i only got a fine
Most times you only get a fine a couple thousand kr. A guy got taken with a some outdoor plants still in the soil, the blues weighted it at 20 kilos, of course this was trunk, stems, leafs, branches everything included, which is bullshit, but he got fine too. You have to have a big amount of plants to get jailtime, really big, and if the court has reason to believe you're bringing kids or neighbors in danger with the grow, the risk goes up for spending time.
Police can enter and raid your premises if they smell the weed or can see it. But in most cases it's snitching or other stuff going down on the premises that lead them to the grow. A guy on Fyn once brawled with his wife, she called 5-0 and they saw the HPS lights from his garage, busted.

You nede to grow damn much before jailtime , and you might be kicked home instet of jail , maybe ,to be honest i dont know , but you can easy grow 20 plants . This is not a google translate just shitty english
Yup, a lot. That's one lesser evil about the laws against cannabis in DK, you don't get several years or near life for a garden of weed if busted.
This guy had quite a few plants when he got busted first time, nearly 70 kg of plants, second year he had 52 plants, not as big or vegged out as the first tho, only 10 kg. He recieved 10 days suspended jail.

What kinda weed are you lookin for? A lot of seeds in the boutique and bay and on other sites.

Daaamn, that crazy! Here in DK, if you kill somebody the sentence for most is 12-16 years, 16 is considered life here, although some is put away indefinitely. Child molesters rarely get more than 5-7 years. What has the world become 
But yea, at the same time many states, 15 if I remember, are frontrunners for MMJ. That's great. Tho herb should be completely freed.

We also only spend half of the time in jail ,often, and can get a parole after half of the jail time, "half way rule
Btw I do realise the police can do a positive ID from the pics i have posted, but i think that the content posted on icmag actually would help from being charged with an "intention to sell" rather than just a hobby project...
This ofcourse requires that the danish 5-0 actually has man power to read ICmags which i very much doubt
