Your fan is simply too small. 150cfm is not enough.
hiya all, devilman, you need a larger fan, i recently had to upgrade [new room],my space is 11ft long by 4ft [just over] wide, i use a 10inch accoustic sorin exhaust[2,500m3per hour] to control 3-4 600w, with the length plus bends involved with your fan,i would go with an 8/10 incher at least, good luck,,, peace and safe growing s2

Unfortunatly I have yet to be able to find the resistance curve for the scrubber... is it possible to get a rough idea of its resistance curve with some "DIY Testing" or does it specifically require an airflow meter to measure CFMs, SP and so on?

I think that you pretty well have to rely on the manufacturer to supply the information that you need. I'm not up on converting all of this to metric, but as an example, a Mountain Air 8" x 20" filter has a static pressure of .2" @ 150 cfm. This should be far less than your 4" filter. I can't figure out your chart (!), but the S&P chart that I found shows that much static pressure to drop you roughly 30%, whereas the Fantech fan that I use doesn't drop 30% until it sees a static pressure of about .9". I think that your fan is too small and the wrong design to deal well with the static pressure of your system.

Any chance that you could run an unfiltered loop through your cooltube with your existing fan, and run another fan for your filter?
