there was a typhoid crisis back in the 60´s in the country where I live and ALL hospital staff got vaxed and nobody had any serious complaints about it from what I heard (from a nurse who told me about it) . I wonder why? Maybe because it was the best and most sensible thing to do ... who kows ?

Medical staff have a big responsibility and one of them is not to spread diseases.

I am familiar with Australia’s selfless and sacrificial involvement in America’s and Britain’s never ending string of wars. It was the phrase “soldiers who died for freedom” and how that somehow ties into vaccinations that confuses me.
In my mind, America’s fight for freedom took place against Britain during the 18th century.
All of our other wars seemed to occur for other reasons.

I´m not comparing the vaccines, I was just comparing the situation and pointing out that hospital staff etc. need to do everything to try and protect themselves and their patients as much as possible.
