something like 97% of doctors are fully vaccinated. doesn't sound like they're all over the map at all..... unless you're purposefully looking for contrarian idiots trying to cash in on vaccine hesitancy.

The same reasoning applies to vaccine mandates. The Supreme Court explicitly upheld vaccine mandates against deadly diseases in Jacobson, where it explained: "the rights of the individual in respect of his liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand." We live in a country of ordered liberty, not individual autonomy that paves the way to the deaths of others. In short, it is not the right of every American citizen to catch and transmit a potentially fatal infection.

I remember working in a lumber yard as a kid as a forklift operator , and one summer we had a heatwave.I would bring in a gallon of Gatorade everyday , and throw it in the fridge in the warehouse.Low and behold I had someone helping me to drink it, so a few days into this asshole slurping down my tasty beverage, I made a special batch just for my special asshole colleague.Didnt take till noon to figure out who my buddy was , didnt see him for damn near 5 days........I went onto enjoy my tasty beverage without any assistance, beginning the following day that is.

I once did the same thing when I was living in the shittiest houseshare in the house of nightmare (and a landlord to match).
same situation as yours
I put dishwasher soap into my bottle. I went downstairs to get a glass of drink and saw bubbles. Then I heard someone being sick in the loo which was right next door.
what did you use?

that's what i read. i don't understand why it is a misdemeanor instead of a felony for giving someone a disease that there is no cure for yet. someone deliberately giving me a fatal disease will beat me to the grave...

Early in the pandemic, it was made clear in a couple of cases in Fairbanks, that pissing, spitting,, etc., on a cop, during this time of COVID, and especially if threatening/stating the person acting these things out might have The Virus, was a felony. And yes, to reiterate, there were a couple of cases, relatively close together in time. And I recall at least one of the cases, if not both, also involving lots of alcohol consumption.

This is kind of insane.
Putting out a poison trap because they’re drinking your koolaide? Mushrooms in the Gatorade?
I put a couple hits in a bottle of wine I was drinking. A friend came along and took a big drink. I told him it was “electric”. I guess he didn’t understand.
I wouldn’t have done it on purpose. If I have a beef with someone, I’m going to confront them. Not poison them.

Yeah, spiking drinks with mind altering or toxic substances definitely crosses my lines. Sounds a bit Cosbyish.
