Trying to get rid of opposition is what all political elites in this country do. I mean i didnt vote in this election but they threw a bunch of indictments at him and there were even assassination attempts, all to make him go way and all it did was make him more popular than ever.

A lawsuit isn’t speech suppression. If their speech is illegal they’ll be in trouble. If it’s protected speech they’re fine.
Saying the vaccine wasn’t safe or effective would cost you your job with no trial. That’s suppression.

Those are good points.
One example of "speech suppression" might be a gag order issued by a judge.
Ironically, Trump (not my hero) is under a gag order and has been for awhile.

I’m pretty much a free speech absolutist, but I understand the purpose behind libel and slander law.
I had 3 chances to vote for trump and didn’t any of those times. That being said his platform is the only platform pushing anything I agree with at all, be it only a limited part of that agenda.
