We all know someone who smokes and drinks and lives to 100, and we all know seemingly healthy people who die early. With diet all you can do is either increase or decrease your chances. You can't control your genetics, and can only partially control your environment. Not to trip over your ego but i knew a vegan nutritionist from Austin that died from breast cancer when she was only 45. And a vegetarian whos currently battling a skin cancer. Everybody is susceptible
Either way we were talking about cancer patients not lifestyle

I went plant based due to high cholesterol and not wanting to go on statins. Along the way I discovered other benefits, more energy, less sluggish. The low PSA count was quite significant considering family history of prostate cancer.
Fish and dairy slowly crept back due to the person I live with needing higher calcium intake than me, but I still eat mostly plant based.
