At no time has any health professional made that claim either publicly or privately. ETA _ I take that back. I'm sure some doctor somewhere has tried to sell someone something at an exorbitant fee claiming their cure was 100% effective. Which is impossible. Hell, I had a buddy who went to a chiropractor who claimed he could cure the common cold with an adjustment!
