Ahhh the great power of Google. ...what would we do without her.

All you need is a 3 gallon plastic container w/ lid (rectangle), a drum, micro filters, motor to turn drum.....it does it all for you! Have been using one for years! Awesome!!

Like a home made centrifuge ?

No, it rolls slowly around using tube /micro filters holding material. Plug it in....6-8-120-24 hrs you have fine particulate (kief). Have a plastic pan in bottom to catch the material. Awesome!

Google "Homemade Pollinator machine for making kief". Got mine from a fellow in Cali.....I think I first saw it on eBay, then contacted him. All my friends bought one from him.

Mine is an enamel lined 55 gallon drum, with a dog food container inside, with the sides cut out and 110 lpi screen glued on. It is turned by a small elec motor with pulleys.

That post made me think of DimeBag(Pantera)in the "3" home video, Swinging an octopus around his head yelling "centrifugal force" LMAO! If you haven't watched that home video, your life isn't complete.

Yeah, mine is a plastic tote, but works like a charm. Yours looks awesome (huge!). KUDOS!

So I gave it a shot last night using a jar + a pair of tights/stocking I knocked from the missus last night and it did work however, the hash was real low grade as the material was letting too much unwanted matter/leaf through. So on to finding a more appropriate mesh/filter :)
