They really remind me of these chocolate coins we had when we were little only yours look much thicker
If you can get the right kind of wrapper they ´ll just look like christmas goodies and noone will know

That's what I use. The small metal cookie cutters. You can get a set with half a dozen shapes on Amazon for under $10. I just use a c-clamp for compressing.

OH My Goodness... Those look absolutely Delectable I would Love to try something similar with my Golden Tigers, both of which just started throwing pistils about a week ago.
