Has anyone used the ICEBOX or the Water cooled Generator

I was checking out the water cooled hood attachment and the water cooled generators. I was just curious if any one has used these before. Thanks

I did a little research on here, but didn't find to much. I am going to replace an Excel Air 4. ton ac for a 3HP chiller and some Ice Boxes. Should use half the power of the ac and cool more lights. They are doing a promo now where they give you the ice boxes free when you buy the chiller. Check your pm box

I'm thinking of getting the HydroGen and just running it to waste, it will only run for 14 minutes 4X per night, and I don't have to deal with the heat.

Incidentally, I think you could probably use ANY tankless water heater in place of a HydroGen (like a used one off Craigslist) because thats all a HydroGen is. All it needs is a water supply and a way to turn it on and off, and tankless heaters come in larger sizes so they don't have to run as long either (short very hot water instead of long hot water discharge.) The whole "no flow no go" thing is how all tankless water heaters work, and elctronic ignition and adjustable temps are standard too.

The Hydrogen peaks at 45K btu, but I've seen other tankless units that do 150K btu, for the same price.

The iceboxes are kinda cool, but only if you have a permanent install you never have to mess with. Lots of plumbing, potential for leaks, and hoses to maintain. I thought about using those instead of an AC too, but decided the AC would be less work (I have to break down 2X a year for inspections.) Seed Buyer, PLEASE keep us posted on this, I'm very curious how it works with your proposed setup!

Thanks for the input i was hoping someone on here had used one. The guy at my shop has got rid of a couple so i guess i will have to wait to hear back from him.

But if anyone has used one then please let me know.
