By condo, I mean with no actual real estate.
You just own the air in your condo, and halfway through each wall , ceiling, and floor.
No window units allowed, and no attic to vent to.
I can get intake and exhaust, but its from and to the condo the room will be in.
Although its on the top floor, I'm pretty sure I am not allowed to perforate the roof. Too bad, another chimney is no big deal in a house.
I will be using 1800 to 2400 watts, but may have to change that.
Please, I need some ideas.
