Has anyone grown in a condo?

By condo, I mean with no actual real estate.
You just own the air in your condo, and halfway through each wall , ceiling, and floor.

No window units allowed, and no attic to vent to.
I can get intake and exhaust, but its from and to the condo the room will be in.

Although its on the top floor, I'm pretty sure I am not allowed to perforate the roof. Too bad, another chimney is no big deal in a house.

I will be using 1800 to 2400 watts, but may have to change that.

Please, I need some ideas.

A simple question:

Why did you do the condo route when you knew in advance of your intent to grow medicine??????????

Kind of looks like there are a lot of strikes against you before you even get up to the plate.

You are quite right, Ty-Stik.

Would have been foolish to jump in without figuring this out.

I know someone has grown in such a situation, I just need to find him or her for help with ideas. I think it is an interesting challenge.

dude just be smart . in how you do things make sure what ever u bring home is in brown boxes so no one has a clue wat u bringing and just get a portable ac that u can put on the floor and put the hose out the window im assuming. i suggest u build a little room out of pvc 1 inch and cover it with panda plastic go to the diy and check out the closet so u can get the point.

i suggest u get the pvc precut to the dimensions u want an i say again bring everything in plain boxes so no one has a clue and i think ur good 2 goo make sure u have big pad locks and that your the only one with access to ur place

^^^Err, NO! (Portable AC's exhaust the same air as the room it is operating in, thus releasing odor.) Always bringing stuff in brown boxes will be suspicious as hell IMO. Act normal and try to make it seem like a person live there. (if you get caught it'll be easier to convince the court that it was personal when grown in your own home)

Sealed room is a possible way. (My friend has 600+400 bloom, 400 veg, and 120cfl cloning/nursery in a bedroom. tents with small fans ontop, and just leaving windows open. It reeks in his house but not outdoors. He actually had firefighter on a ladder right outside his window and another FD officer with a police officer inspecting his livingroom furnace and passing the GR on their way in and out. They must have been blind and suffering from a fl of some kind...)

Anyway: Sealed fully controlled room is best. Using window unit or such, but modified with cooler ducting through open window (or scrubbed, ozone treated and exhausted through window if on top-floor) w/ 3x600 in cool hoods/tubes on a row along a wall, and temporary drywall or sheeting to separate grow tables from rest of the room. This way you'll have a "lung" air buffer and use less energy keeping bloom box cool.
