yes I have. semilegal amount here is 5. started with 6 or 7, got a slugatack and only 3 left(2 females, 1 male), so I started some new seeds in july.
they got a little over a meter high

looked up the pics on my computer
groupshot at the beginning of flower(the 3rd later started plant, a male, was throwing balls out al over at this point)

later in flower:

a budshot, the foxtailing are the genetics

and a lower bud:

one of the 2 plants had the same branching as her mother, not much branching on the bottom, some branching that stays close to the stalk in the middle creating a ballshape, and the topbud sticking out of that. the other spread it's branches out a little bit more, bit more x-mastree shape, but most bud was on the topbud

Yes, It can be done with great success. I plant cuts on july 15th for minis, micros, smalls, ect. Reckon I got the info from Julian originally, do a bit of searching in the MASSIVE OUTDOOR sticky.

Also read a post one time where a guy said he would veg his plants into decent bushes then chop um up and plant the 100-200 fresh cuts he got from it back outside later in the year in big flats, all to keep his grow below the fence line.

Yes, you can! It is called something like seed intensive method. Last year I planted seeds on 1st of July. When thy grew they were little smaller than on your photos so better start to plant them on 15th of June. Some were very late too, finished in December. So I think it is better to sow them 2 weeks before, just to secure them some vegetative growth before flowering have started.
