The smell seems to have changed considerably. When trimming the leaves and touching the buds I get a very distinct musky earth mothball aroma. Incidentally, as I am breaking apart a fine blue dream dispensary nug I smell the same mothball type scent. I'm not too familiar with blue dream so any thoughts?

The longer you flower the more Earthy coffee Mocha smells flavor will come out in my cross. It comes from the Bubba in her I have never grown BD....

I think your going to find some awesome plants in that cross... It so much better now that I can make my owns seeds.. I have what I need to make very good cannabis seeds. The quality is there, The flavor is there. I need to find a good yielding strain that adds to the work I have done. I just cant find that good yielding strain that I want to use..Im thinkind about AK-47. I f I could find a cherry pheno male oh boy that would be killer. Still not sure Its got to be in the 6oz per plant range..

Here are some of the nugs. The bud is solid and clunks when it hits the table, just covered in trichomes.

A brief smoke report:

In a few words, connoisseur sleepy time weed. Immediate relaxation in the body with a nice window of 'up' time in the head before the satisfying plummet into full stone. The smoke is soft but full with hints of grape over a mouth watering woody/sweet-sour body. The smell of the nugs is nearly noxious, an ultra dank peppery sweet type deal. Thanks for the beans Hammerhead!

Nice to see more reports for sure.. Im not sure if the bay has anymore of these to give out.. I will have PFbx1 soon as my first release still wanting to see more reports from other growers..

The thick fleshy leaves are triched enougth to smoke , some good sift to be made .

Dense buds smell of fruity diesel , scissor hash was definately grapey.

Moderate yield but ticks all the other boxes , and truely beautifull plants , would be singing their praises at 200 a pack , best freebies recently and better than what i paid for.

Taken the tops a little early to emprove seeding on the lower limbs at 60 days , looking forward to running these f2,s and seeing the results of a couple of tentative outcrosses with proven males from the Geisha and MBS lines , without spider mites this time.

The strong smell on one is exactly that of a certain 1950,s boiled candy , trying to remember its name is driveing me mad.

that's what I want to see. I really appreciate your input Foomar. Im really happy you are enjoying her... So far I have only got 1 report of nanners and that was from a grower that had broad mites.. So Im thinking the stress for the mites was probably the reason since no other reports..You did a excellent job growing her...I will be doing a large seed run of the PFbx1 ASAP...These will be available only at the bay/boo. More info will be released the closer I get to finishing the seeds..

Those of you that like the oil or hash this strain will make you very happy. The quality is extremely good with better then ave yields for oil/hash..

^^ Damn those pics make me wish I got some females out of my test pack. I have a feeling I am going to be really happy with the offspring from these two males though. I will take pics of all these crosses in a week or so when the plants are all big enough. Here is what I ended up with, in order of when I sprouted them:

3x PF x Blue Dream S1. This BD pheno has an overall excellent look and structure, color, various traits, a really great plant, but so-so potency and unimpressive trichome coverage. The PF male I used, on the other hand had "ball sacks" just covered with trichs, unreal. So I have a feeling this will be an excellent cross and odds are at least one of these three plants will turn out great. They look nice so far in veg.

3x PF x Blockhead F2. This was a good but low yielding pheno that I pollinated just because it was in the garden at the time. This could actually turn out great but we'll see how it does. I have a much better BH pheno I plan to make seeds from next.

6x PF x Beanho's Neville's Haze x SSH. This is a great cross IMO and the particular pheno I used is a 15 weeker with heavy yield of big thickly foxtailed nugs, w/ a dark cologne-like scent, purpling nicely at reasonably low temps, excellent trich coverage w/ clumpy, sticky hash type resin. The high is a very potent combination of Haze type high, trippy like NH, not too racy though, jumpy vision, no ceiling, w/ SSH type body feel. These are not long out of the sprouter and still small but looking good so far.

And last but not least, (so far) 11x PF x Agent Orange. This AO cut is a very special one leaked out of one of the Michigan circles. It is a 12 weeker sativa, all around 10/10 excellent plant w/ orange smell, huge totally foxtailed buds that look like dreads, w/ nice purpling in cold, excellent taste and great high. These seeds are still sprouting as we speak so I could get as many as 15-20 depending. I made the biggest number of seeds from this cross by far so I have plenty left to sprout. I am really excited to see how this cross turns out. I think it's gonna be amazing.

Thank you Hammerhead for selecting and crossing these two great strains and putting these testers out there! I am getting really good vibes off this cross and I would like to buy a pack if and when they become available for sale. Actually I would even prefer the current generation of seeds (F1) vs any future F2s 3s etc, to get more variety.

These where all free seeds I sent in GMO. I would be very surprised if Fuzzy has anymore left.. I did send in allot though close to 1000 seeds.. This was my attempt at getting feedback on this cross before releasing them..The PF was to close in every way to the original mother PP so I went a bit farther and made PFbx1.. The pics I posted are PFbx1. The PP is extremely dom in my crosses.. I did not feel comfortable releasing my cross it was so close to Kakai's PP in appearance,smells and flavor. The bx changed it enough for me to be comfortable in her release.. Now I just need to make more...

^ Nice thats helpful info. How did the F1s turn out as far as smell, taste, nature of the high, etc? I havent smoked either strain so I'm just trying to get a full picture in my mind of what I might expect from the offspring. I was reading up on Querkle and it's supported to be a euphoric type strain? I was wondering if any of that came through in the cross? Thanks again

The PF was very similar to growing Purple Peyote.. very fine smoke for sure. For me PF is not a daytime erb. The flavors can vary depending on harvest date. From sweet perfumy smells with earthy spice very similar to Bubba to hashy,coffee mocha the later you harvest. This cross is done but I do make specilty runs with others to see what I get but those are not for release. I have some Head seeds Gumblebum x PFbx1....Any seeds from Head that you may have should be preserved. You wont see them again..
