Depending on the jurisdiction, you have to disclose to potential buyers if a list of crimes, suicide, or other deaths occured in the home being sold.

There is also a question of whether or not the home has been restored to its original condition, or perhaps has wiring or plumbing problems. If the house was seized and put on auction, there may have been water damage---electric panels may have been diverted to sub-panels---house may not meet code anymore. My God, man, would you want to move into a house that reeks of O.G. Kush?

apparently they believe that the humidity levels from the grows causes toxic mold to form. But it forms everywhere anyways. It's just anti-herb propaganda....but this time they associate it with doing damage in a financial sense, in a very money-driven society. It all sounds like paranoia, but the government has proven itself over history to be a bunch of schemesters.

peace...overgrow the planet.

Part of me's screaming, "FUCK YEAH!" for the opportunity to smell that all the time, and the other part of me (the common sense side) is whining, "Hell no! Teasing's bullshit!"
