Good thinking! You don't want to run out before next harvest! Stash that stuff. Mason jars are a must. Be sure to properly burp them for a week or 2 after harvest as needed, and then once a month for as long as you have them, they should be opened and aired out to keep from getting stale. It helps with the curing process and its an opportunity to inspect for mold issues.
Wherever you store them put the wide mouth quart mason jars in a 5 gallon bucket with a rubber gasket sealed lid. They should be available at most hardware stores.
