gth1 fem grow journal from seed to harvest in moonshine mix organic soil

How much did they grew in first weeks of flower:?

only 13 days in flower so far..probably around 5-6" or so..not too much

here we are on day 15..lots of pistols showing on all 3, but the GTH1 is stacking very nice..the tops are filling out and its the tallest plant by at least 3". the god bud seems to be staying shorter but has twice as many bud sites. the gsc is the thickest plant of the 3. i dont see any trich's forming yet on the GTH1, but i can def see them on the fan leaves of the god bud and the gsc

the GTH is now showing lots of tricombs and its starting to stack nicely. we are now on day 19 flower.

the GSC from BCBD actually looks amazing..lots of trichombs already showing, super dense structure..the GODBUD by BCBD is looking healthy too..shorter than the others by 5 inches at least but it has more trichombs than the others

I really wanna try the moonshine mix but Im just not sure the cost would be worth it for a smaller grow (5-6 plants at a time). The whole super soil thing is very interesting and Ive seen some beautiful plants but just the FF soil alone is just over $80 for the 4 bags, plus all the ammendments and black gold soil... I dunno. I might try a version of this with just the FfOF and HF soils.

the whole mix with all the added organic nutes set me back around $115 but i have enough soil left to do 3 more grows, thats with 3 transplants, final pot 5g

Ive been looking at subcools as well using roots organic. Ive been wanting to try roots conpared to ffof or hf which I normally use. I like the sinplicity of moonshine's though.

Subbed! Wow oilman this is an amazing first grow. Im currently smoking my GTH#1 reg beans pick from 2012, besides my jars of non-designer. Looks like your plant could lean heavy on the Ghost og male side. I havent smoked the ghost, nor seen it in person but from what i hear and read that gives the crazy trich shimmer to GTH1s. The Godbud and GSC should also be super frosty as well, i cant wait to see these results. Ive been around older GodBud and smoked a couple commercial nugs in the past bit. Ive seen numerous, well to the point of not counting any more, different size grows and varieties of GSCs, all ready to smoke not plants. All of them have been great, with that crazy trichomeness to bud these days. Im actually waiting on a certain cut of GSC until my living situation gets more stabilized. but i got my GTH#1, 8 of em. and a couple beans as well. hopefully ill get my grow log up with pictures in the next... section of time. keep it going, looking so good. any questions just ask. oh ya that pre flower thing deals with plant maturity. i can veg plants so long preflower pistils sometimes turn. males can even banana flower and puff (i never worry about it in veg) so good man.

great info man..i was hoping for it to lean more on the Ghost OG side, i just dont quite know how to tell..how does the GTH1 smoke??

No matter whats its a great smoke, especially with a nice cure, as any bud. Mine comes in with a bit of citrus to the haze taste and smell, not a ton but its there. The effects lean sativa, clear in the head, focus, long lasting. i found it can be a great daytime smoke but can be too much if someones dwelling on shit. otherwise you can keep going on with stuff or relax and chat without losing thoughts. the only thing ive heard and read is the ghost adds trichs, and itll bring some citrus in. If you trim some leaves (topping, pruning, etc), leave them to dry and smoke em. i find its enough to see what the plant will do, but in a lesser level, with a slightly more relaxing tone no matter what. Mines also a freaking flopper. foxtails, weight and trichomes keep going after ten weeks. the rest kinda becomes preference. no matter what youll need a way to hold the buds up from branches hitting the floor.

its now day 26 and the trichs are really showing..the GTH1 has a smell like lemon medicine..they seem to be progressing super fast

the Godbud and GSC also look amazing..the trichs are coming on super fast and the buds are getting thick..the smell of the GSC is like garlic, mint, and rubber..very funky so far
