So are you guys going to grow the seeds out yourself and test them before releasing to the public, or are you going to sell them untested?
Kind of uncharted waters here with reversing this strain...

Not all strains reverse successfully (or breed/backcross true to the original). Some better than others, some not at all, some just hermie the fuck out. Lots of variables...
But if someone wants to pay $80 to be a beta tester, who am I criticize.
Hopefully they do well, I know lots of folks around the world are creaming for gsc.

It is expensive, but it's not a 'great' amount of money, if you are wanting to try some GSC crosses.
Especially if they DO turn out to be close to the mother?

It sometimes costs $80 to buy dinner at a restaurant, or to catch a taxi somewhere.

The $6000 someone spent on 10 seeds (i read about), is a little more extreme.

Sure there is a gamble involved when buying s1s or any seed as far as that goes. But its also very possible they will be top notch.80 dollars is a small price to pay to find out.

I bought COB's untested, hermied 5 pack for over $150, two packs of them..

Only after I bought them did I realize what I bought, and I was pissed! Even made a thread about it..

Had over 10 people offer me twice what i paid for them. So, $600 for 10 untested, hermied seed was what i was offered for them....

I paid 80$ for 5 feminized from C&G. I'd pay 80$ for their GSC reversal project. Make you're own S1 seeds and sell them if you're game.

It damn sure ain't the low yield or the ridiculous stretchiness. It's one thing and one thing only: the taste and smell--which so far has not been duplicated in any existing Cookies S1 grow.

What makes you think, if people are growing out 20-30 seeds and not getting a single one with a minty smell, that you are gonna pop 5 and get anything that is worth a flying fuck? All you'll have is five low yielding, stretchy, lemony plants. Woo! Yeah that's totally worth $80!
