I got about 6 bubblicious in a rubbermaid veg chamber and I noticed slow growth from the sproutlings. Is there a minimum temp that seedlings should be under?

Need more information about your grow....... cold temps will stunt seedlings though.. you want to keep a 75 80F temp for seedlings no lower no hotter.....

What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How tall are the plants?
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using?
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.)
What is the Water temperature?
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy?
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each if using multiple?
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using?
What is the pH of the "Tank"?
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment?
When was your last watering?
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional)
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients?
What size bulb are you using?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor?
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When?
Are plant's infected with pest's

hey,
IME under 60-65 range you may get some stunting for seedlings,
keep it above 70 and you'll be fine, a heatmat under the little ones will do the trick if you don't have a spare heater.

Since he is in hydro seedlings in warm water does not mix; so I would not use a heating pad; normally you are supossed to wait till they get a certain height before you put them into a hydrosetup; seedlings need a certain temp and with you put them in a hydro setup..water temps must be kept around 65 to 70 F 68 is optimal. Sounds like you have a recircu DWC or DWC setup?
if so water temps need to be a certain temp and keeping water temps warm causes bacteria growth; so don't use a heater mat with that.
I would put them in rockwool or rapid rooter plugs and have them root those and let them get a few sets of leaved like 2 before putting them into that setup; this way you avoid this problem that may be the possible cause of your issue......

I just bought a digital thermometer and I'm seeing temps of about 68f which is terrible, I've moved the seedlings into a computer chasis with two fluorescent lights, hopefully things will improve and the seedlings haven't been stunted; I'll be sure to posts updates
