grow equipment and bongs at same shop?

cooked cook

bake at 420 until nicely toasted
Alright, keep in mind I'm an East Coast boy, not in one of the more legally understanding states.
I recently checked out one of the popular inexpensive grow supply websites who advertized bongs at one of their locations.
Now I KNOW... the "art glass is for art use and tobacco only" and "the grow equipment is for legal crops"(wink wink) but I dunno..... bad idea to sell both at the same location?!!?! Kinda would make me less inclined to visit that shop. What do yall think?
I don't want to post another website here, but it has the letters DC and H in it.

If they have a nice selection of smoking tobacco and veggie or flower seeds for sale,
then no problem, buy some glassware and a bag of tobacco to go along with it.
If you buy a lamp, hood, ferts, then buy some veggie or flower seed to go along with it.

Carry a bag or two of tobacco in the car at all times, some veggie and flower seed packs, some empty, some sealed...
Keep a small NEW peace of glassware loaded with tobacco and light it up if you get stopped.

[EDIT]
I was thinking physical store...
But yeah, order a pack of seed or tobacco accordingly.

Sure you could legally sell Bob Marley posters, tie-dye shirts, disc golf gear, bongs, vaporizers, rolling papers, books about growing marijuana and hemp clothing all in a grow shop, but why would you?

I think that grow shops have an unspoken truce with some law enforcement. Don't be too obvious about it and keep a low profile. Discretion is a virtue in our industry. Leave the activism to people with their hands clean. No need to flaunt it.

Just my opinion.
