PD- thanks, you talking about the reversed SFV? Isn't a Jacob's ladder a dick piercing? OUCH

RomulusUSA- Shit I don't buy pallets, I used to rent a truck to go pickup the mix now I just make multiple trips in my truck. I mix up like 12 at a time, it sounds like alot but really it isn't that bad just not the fun part of growing that is for sure. One day I will get back to water. That is awesome you are trying the mix as well, it is nice to see everyones elses results and get there opinions, really it is just a GREAT starting point and I look forward to others tweaks and experiences.

As far as Pest control I use alot pf preventitives. One I isolate any incoming clones, and really I very rarely take clones in. I try and get 10000-20000 ladybugs into the rooms every month or when I see the population suffering. I keep everything I need on my shelf and always hope to not use it. The only bugs I have seen in over a year since being here is fungus gnats and thrips. For fungus gnats I use the the Gnatrol in powder form, you add it to your water and it contains the BTI. The fungus gnats seem to come with the mix so anytime I am using new mix I try and hit it with the Gnatrol. If an infestation takes off I treat for 3 weeks, also lots of yellow stickys.

For thrips I use Conserve SC with 11% spinosad. For mites I use ladybugs as a preventitive but if I see any of those fuckers the Floramite or Forbid comes out. I don't like using the shit but if I have to I have to. Of course I would never treat a plant that won't outlive the afterlife of any products I use. For root aphids I use the Bayer Advanced. I keep every product in stock at all times. Most of all prevention is key, be observant, and react accordingly. Glad you like teh OG/Chems, really it is an insane combination of strains to all be trying my first time all together. If the mix can keep that diverse of a group happy then it is really doing it's job.

IDO- Great IDO...lol, seems like most things that are worth keeping have a nanner. The ChemD is calling to me to grow out a big bush but really the bean producing nanners are a bit scary.

RicoT- Like stated above you don't have to flush organic soil. I give them nothing but water for 2+ weeks prior to harvest however. Thanks

Tonygreen- That is GREAT to here, I am glad you found it to work so well on all accounts! Nothing better then pure white ash. Thanks for the support on the thread looks like I need it peeps are catching up!

PerroVerde- Thanks for posting that! I sent them in unlabeled so it is nice to see what the crew did. Thanks Clarence for making my babies look pretty! Two packs huh, there are 8 seeds total form my mother in there you are bound to find something nice. Please share your results!

RicoT- Yes Tony did a great job documenting the mix and had excellent results. Things will only go up from here for him! I encourage anyone who follows the recipe and has the time to please share the results with all of us. Quite a few people online are trying it now. I have seen alot of newbies with zero experience crank out commercial production with the mix. Thansk for your vote!

RomulusUSA- I sold some seeds in the 420 fundraiser, they sold out FAST. I would get seeds directly form BOG if they are available his breeding and selection is far superior of my own. You won;t regret Sour Bubble, still my favorite strain after sampling and growing many elites.

Thanks everyone for the support in the "Grow of the Season" thread! The fat lady hasn't sang yet and if you haven't voted I need you to go over there and cast your vote! It will only take you a couple seconds of your time and I would greatly appreciate it. later I will get the SFV x Chem D updated and also my Katsu Bubba Kush bx1 pollentaion room and Sour Katsu f2's. there will be alot of pollen flying around here soon and alot of genetics beign grown out I don't see why some crazy crosses won't get made. Here is the list of possibilities, this is what will be flowering while I have fresh pollen. I don;t see any reason why I shouldn't selectivley pollenate some nugs.

4 Sour Katsu males (Katsu Bubba Kush x Sour Bubble):

Ghost OG x Sour Katsu
SFV OG x Sour Katsu
King Louie OG x Sour Katsu
Chem91 x Sour Katsu
Chem D x Sour Katsu
(SFV x Chem D) x Sour Katsu

Reversed SFV:

Ghost OG x SFV (feminized)
King Louie OG x SFV (feminized)
SFV x SFV (feminized)
ChemD x SFV (feminized)
Chem91 x SFV (feminized)
(SFV x Chem D) x SFV(feminized)
Katsu Bubba Kush x SFV (feminized)

Chunkypigs- Thank you! The og hoods, everyone ask that. I am really not to sure yet. My last yield wasn't any higher with 5 of them added over my old hoods. I have to keep them higher, which is kind of nice I get a better spread in the big room, they are heavy as hell. They will lightburn plants like a mofo they are infact more intense. I love the hinges for cleaning hoods and changing bulbs. Overall I like them, crazy about them or a must have, probably not. I would go with soemthing wider like a raptor or magnum if I had to do it all over again I suppose. I even ran out of head room this run and have like 9ft ceilings.

max 6699- I use an EZcloner, RO water, the recommended amount of clonex solution, clonex gel, fish tank heater set to 72-75 in cloner, and a standard 2 x 48" Flouro. Current run had roots starting in 6 days, normally I plan for 10-14 days total time. Pretty much set and forget, I clean it out when success rates drop or when I am really dependent on the clones I am putting in there. To clean I just rinse and wipe everything real well with a scrub pad made for acrylic fish tanks and hot water, no soaps or chems. More then you asked for but the not something I usually get into so there it is :)

s1's of what? The only possible S1 I see listed is a SFV x SFV :)

Thats one question for everybody, out of the possibility list what would everyone really like to see?

I can't and won't complete all those I listed but I will try and make an effort to get quite a few done. Now in making these that doesn't mean there will be a ton for the market for freebies or donations I am only going to hit a few nugs here and there on each strain. The Katsu bx1 should be abundant however.

So when I ask what would you like to see that means me make them and test them. If and when I find something that is out of the world then sure I will make a truckload for everyone.

Yeah, my buddy laughed at me...because I really thought it was one of those contraptions that has the lightning bolt zig-zag up the middle of two poles....Oh well.

But yes, the male in post 690 is the one I was referring to... LOL

PK thanks for the clone machine info very helpful. Just ordered one and wanted to be on top of it when it arrived. I'm just hoping that you will release some of your favorite varieties in the future, I would definitely be interested in any that you find worthy. Again thanks for your help

max 6699- Oh I will be sending some seeds in you can bet on it. Ufortunately with plant limits it just takes time to work anything to the point I am happy with 100%. Lots of testing and exploring will be going on for years and years to come and the community will reap the benefit of all the extra test seeds and eventually an end product. . No problem I wish you good luck with the cloner.

WOW you all are amazing! That came down to the VERY VERY last second! I thought I ran out of juice 30 votes ago everyday was a surprise and especially while I was away today and I came in thinking the results would be up but there was 30 minutes left. It really came down to the wire!

I won, by one freaking vote! My hat is off to Jackmayoffer he runs a hell of a show, the size, quality, and his responses to every one are all great. Thanks to him I am even giving Aptus a small test run. Also all the other nominees I have spent time in each thread and I see impressive things.

Thank you very much to everyone who voted and supported me truely every single vote does matter and also thanks to everyone who nominated me. I feel honored to have won especially by the hands of my friends and peers.

THANK YOU
