Yeah thats what i was thinking - didn't know if by having that small amt of air in the bag would somehow still permeate the ganja funk smell outside of the bag. Safe to assume jars are better than bags for that reason?

if you just sealed it before shipping and ran it straight to shipping store i would think that a double layered vacuum seal wouldnt yet permeate. make sure you dont cheap out on food saver bags as there are different grades and thicknesses. also, alcohol swab the outsides of bags because the outsides will get dusted and that is what dogs will smell.

Doubling up on premium foodsaver bags is a great idea. Probably the only safe way to drive. One could take it a step further and even put that inside of the notorious candle for transportation but what LEO doesn't know about that?

Double vacuum seal and immerse in a jar of peanut butter.
if they open box ur pb will be obvious.

uh huh, and an ounce double bagged won't be? once the shipping container is opened, you're fucked, regardless. at least double bagged and immersed won't have any tell tale smells.

Doesnt matter what you put in with the bud. Dogs will smell it. Dogs have bad eye sight but great smell. Its explained like this. Your pot roast smells like pot roast, one smell. Dogs smell, meat, potatoes, carrots and whatever else goes in it. SO the dog will smell pot, coffee, and peanut butter.
Do not tape up the box heavily. That is obvious. Bag and vaccum. then seal another bag over it. Do this around 3:00PM, take to UPS store, give fake name, pay cash, over night package. The less time in bag, the less time it has to start seeping through. I am 2/2 on this method.
