Just because the recall is "voluntary", it does not signify the lack of health danger to the end user.
I'm wondering if they shipped product before receiving test results. According the MMPR all of the tests and quality assurance must be completed before the batch/lot is released for sale.
Chefboy, you are hilarious. I take it that you do not have a pesticide applicator certificate for greenhouse/mushroom house environments. Pesticide application is reserved as the very last option in any IPM regardless of the size of the facility. If you are constantly getting pests/mold, perhaps its time to clean the room and get a dehumidifier.
Edit: reviewing your production protocols and wearing clean work clothing in the growing areas goes a long way as well.
