Oaxacan Gold had a little set back, but she is recovering under some new lights. :)

Hello Tex!
Really impressive looking there! The nice thick stems should support a descent bud system. So far looking pretty manageable in terms of height.
Looking forward to more on her progress, especially since you are the first person to post on her growing out.
Oh and if I may? What new light are you using?
Thank you so much for sharing!

Thanks man! I replaced most of my cob LEDs with some cheap full spectrum 24 inch grow lights. They each use just 24w and there are six of them. I kept one cob setup though so that I can have one powerful light in the middle on a reostat. This is nice for me because I now get more even coverage of the space and I should be saving about 500 watts. So far plants are responding very well.

I will be very curious to hear about your impressions of the straight Oaxacan, vs. the Mountain Gold. I wonder if the Oaxacan has green and purple phenotypes, like the Mountain Gold. I only grow outdoors, so you guys who have indoor places help me get through the winter here in snowy VT. Been ice fishing three times so far - caught dinner of yellow perch one of those times.

Hello @WestShoreBestShore!
Sorry for late reply. Yes my Oaxacan Gold line actually has a whole green line and a whole purple line from the same strain. Back in the thread it is explained how the purple line came about.
Hope that helps!
