Looking for all kinds of pics of large and small green houses. With different build ideas. New or old. Cost effective to mega atrium's.
Cold frames would be nice too.
Built with recyclables is always nice to see.

A Picture is worth a thousand words :tiphat:

She is awful pretty.
They heated sugar at different temps to create all kinds of color, then placed between glass panes.

Not sure how good it would be for the grow but very beautifu.

Cold Frame

Cold Frame

I did not think there was a post on here till now. Way cool. Every one has some sweet greenhouses going on. Mine is very humble but functioning nicely. Stole Martha Stewart's
Design for a cold frame . recycled a storm door in my project.

Here is my male that I'm finishing up in it.

Now ya just gotta get off yer ass and build about 9 more ,then we can get your breeding projects really pumping out some serious amounts of crosses and seeds. Love ya Ph. :huggg:Tell the wife I said high...and be sure to mention my newest idea. I think she will appreciate it.

That is a pretty solid solution for me to be able keep males going better. I definitely wanna do a couple nice Coldframes though either way for autos, and try to get 3-4 cycles done a year with those.

I have never run auto's but they would work out great because you do not need to cotrol the light cycle with them.

Here is a video that I loosely based my design on http://www.marthastewart.com/911959/how-build-cold-frame#911959

Well I have one more partly constructed. Just waiting for a storm door to come my way. Oh yes She laughed and said stop instigating.

I'd post a pic of my little tin shed (4.5' X 6'), but I'm not familiar with how to do all that. Camera shy too. I ran 4 plants in it this summer. Didn't grow a bunch (20oz dry bud, plus popcorn&trim). But figure I must be into the run at about $1.25-$1.50 per ounce.

Oh yes it has a clear polycarbonate roof. and a 3'x3' smoked window in the Southeast wall. No lights, no heat, and leaky as hell. AK47, White Russian, Jilly Beans, and Oregon Grape. All finished by mid October @ 7600' elevation. Water grown, DWC, with auto fill water supply.

This year a 10'x20' carport (King Canopy variety frame. Moving up from 25'sq. ft. to 200 sq ft. It'll be downright spacious. Going dirt this year... I think. Six in bloom in good dirt with feed and water. May have to cage them.

Thinkin go running AK47, Sour Diesel, White Russian,,,,and maybe,,,,, a Sativa Beast (NL5 hz XSSHz), she's said to get way tall, and 20 wks in bloom. That said there will only be one of those, since she may not finish at all.

Is anyone growing this winter in GHs?

In an attempt to keep my cannabis out of her greenhouses my wife decided to build me my own. So off to craiglist land she went and picked up free glass and used a bunch of recycled lumber that she rough cut with her saw, then cut a groove to slot the panes in, roof is half glass and half polyc panels. We left slots to improve air flow to reduce the need of a fan to keep mold and mildew down during flowering.

Your wife has some mad skills. She building that for you is so so cool. I hope and pray you were sitting in the shade drinking lemonade giving direction from a lounge chair.
