well theres part of the problem buddy
10-12 hrs of light for flowering will produce bud but
12 hrs on 12 hrs off will produce mucho better timers with the pin or tabs work very nice any walmart carries them local hydro store should carry a cheap digital timer for 12$

place your lighting on this schedule and they'll produce better

what type of lighting do you use
whats the lighting distance from canopy top
whats the temps in the flower erea i take mine at canopy level because below is cooler on mine.
have you been feeding the plants if so what ferts and what dossage and how often
your in fox farm soil they make nice soil

just a few questions so we can better help you grow your plants to thier fullest, you've 4sure got the Green Crack growers in here lol

wish i could give a little more info on the outdoor gc i had a nice half pounder approx. in my moms backyard last summer, i moved to the middle of the desert in beggining of august so my mom took over watering duties for the remainder, i was planning to chop around october 15 little neigborhood punks ripped it 4 DAYS before i was going back to harvest ( corner lot, only thing green in the backyard, in the hood) but to me it sounds like you put it outside too early, also in my experience bud formation is a lot more gradual outdoors, it might be confused from going out too early so that it started budding now is reverting back to veg then it will start forming buds again around the end of july

my GC clone is growing outdoors and she started off there. i dont really have anywhere to house it inside my crib so its was never an option. ive seen great growth over the past 3 weeks which is when she started flowering (prob on 5/24). i took some pics today of my flowers - the stacking hasnt really started yet but all of my leaves are turning frosty white. i give her Tiger Bloom nutes every 3 waterings, which is about 1x every 2 weeks. she gets direct sunlight for about 7 hours and indirect sunlight for about 4 hours. shes growing in FoxFarm soil and i water her with purified water only. am i on the right track to buds or am i stuck b/c of where im growing and the amount of light she gets? should i give her nutes more often? perhaps every other watering?

I have a Green Ice which is a phenotype from Green Crack, I honestly think the cut I have been given is really Green Crack but the name said Green Ice. I've cut her at 45 days, you can check my albums if your bored. She was dank as fuck. I've let her go to 60, and she was dank as fuck. lol. I love her every time.

No joke dude its crazy I have one GI flowering right now that is only at day 41 and she's the biggest nugged GI I have grown yet. She is in a larger pot than I am used to, and she looks outstanding. The pistils are all showing signs of being done, the trichs are all fatty as hell and some amber already. Its a great strain for sure.

if she isnt in alot of sun more fertz wont compensate for that without the sun more food will not help she simply cant eat that much without adequate light
