I can understand you've never gotten a crazy trippy experience from brickweed because you've gotta see an amount for that to happen.

but never? you've never had any weed give you that experience? not a jack herer or a thai sativa, or a highland mexican? you've NEVER ever had a hallucinogenic weed trip? thats sad you're really missin out.

if you've been living in the south and your not getting good brickweed you're getting ripped off. its always hard to find but during harvest season, if you're seeing several different batches of mexi brick a week it shouldn't be long before some really stand out. like if you have several friends that are dealers and not from the same sources.

but thats really it there. you gotta be the dealer or have friends that are dealers and will pick the good bags for you. most of it is brick weed. if it were something better it would command a higher price. but there are super shipments of brick come across too.

I'm always amazed though. New Orleans must have really high quality brickweed or something. because even tourists from canada and stuff that only been here a few months usually do have a "this one bag" story about some brick weed that made them go crazy.

You can't eliminate race all together. It's true that most of the black dealers stick together, and all know eachother, especially in a smaller city like this. It may be true where other people are from the black guys sell only shwag, that's just not the case here. There's nothing wrong with stereotyping (as long as you understand it's a generalization); I don't have a problem saying most black guys charge good prices and smoke all day, but take their sweet time too, and prefer blunts to any other smoking method. That's just how it is in my city though.

it's about being honest but also fair. some people do resort to outright racism, i ignore it. personally, i speak from what i know especially coming from and still living in one of the places most people are afraid to venture; i walk outside in my sandals cuz i feel at home. but i don't want to be a voice of negativity, just empirical honesty which is unfortunately somewhat negative because of the circumstances. truth ****in sucks sometimes but it's still the truth. only way to combat that shit is with some more truth. i'd rather recognize a problem and FIX it than run around ignorant of the situation which is what's continuing to happen. and for me, my brothas, in my neighborhood, who i grew up with.. not having access to good and GREEEAAAAAT marijuana is a mutha****in problem.

if you get crappy weed from a dealer - black, white, hispanic, asian, whatever - don't just NOT go back. tell them their shit is weak and they should stop gettin it from that supplier AND you could show them how to get (read: grow) good shit. give them that Jorge Cervantes book you're not using anymore. help them get supplies and shit; i didn't say buy it for them lol. mentor and train. a little bit of time and investment and you'll probably have access to some decent shit for.. however long that relationship lasts.

the way i see it, my boys were happy as **** smokin that street dealer shit. but the minute i put them on to the high quality shit, their worlds opened up. same thing happened with me. i didn't think i'd be growin 5 years ago. they weren't interested in growing anything either. now they see me doing it (and i killed a bamboo plant a year ago lol) they express a lot interest in it because it's not as difficult as imagined (especially if the bamboo killer is doing it lol). you support them in a different way and we can all stop supporting mexican drug cartels.

ANYWAY, BAG SEED FOR THE WIN! bagseed is definitely the best thing to come with that mexi-brick. it all starts there! imagine how many seeds get tossed out and crushed by brothas who just haven't been told better yet! lol

Edit: about to smoke like two fat bowls and one tinier one, so probably like .6-.7 grams, or a skinny joint. I'll give another smoke report while under the influence. This is the last of my sack and the most I'll have smoked at once I think, so it should be . . . interesting

i used to live in the southwest.. back in the day, close to the border and we got the brickweed all the time. a few times we got super potent batches.. sounds just like you described.
it isnt laced with anything. lol.. people wont believe anything it seems unless they have experienced it themselves. its just pure sativa, and the good strong plants can really make you trip in a way.. seeing stuff and i used to hear music, feel like i was floating out of my body and crazy stuff like that. its a fun ride.

I'm from the south, and there's no question the MOST psychedelic experiences I've had on weed was on good mexican brick. Or at least latin american brick anyway,coulda been from further south and most likely some batches were. Used to be a fairly regular thing to get some trippy brickweed actually. Used to smoke on the porch at night as a teenager and commonly caused open eyed visuals such as the grass growing, and enhanced colors. Nothing major, but certainly noticeable.

And no, it was not laced. That's for sure.

well, the pcp comments i think ARE warranted!

Some of the first weed i ever smoked, i DEFINATLY hallucinated, but that wasn't because it was "just" good ol' brick weed. It was laced so that they could charge more for completely shitty weed.

i smoke weed to relax and laugh and to make tv more interesting. i dont know if i'm all about smoking stuff that makes me trip on a regular basis (but definatly wouldnt mind it sometimes!). there's a time and a place for that! and its called college! haha

Glad all that "race" stuff got cleared up, but there was some valuble info on race in every post, read between the lines.

If your dealer will not let you smoke some first or smoke with you, F him....

"Most" black dealers do have Mexican brick weed....

There are cases were there have been black grower, mostly up in age, 48+ on the age....

If you tell anyone that their weed is weak they will step their game up or try...lol....

It is not always the case that the Mexicans give the Black dealers what they can not sale, it is kind of like when last two curing strains and one is you favorate, you are not going to throw a smoke out with it and keep that other stuff for yourself....

We must also factor in that friends are made before you know what you are going to do later in life, i.e. the Black guy that sales on the streets who knows the White guy that grows....

If you lace it they will not return, "WEED IS NOT A DRUG" therefore making a sound decision is easy....

"Most" Blacks do only smoke with blunts, it is not cool to be on the corner with a bowl up to your mouth when your friend, who does not smoke, drives by...lol....

We all should venture out of our element every so often, life is like a box of chocolates, you know the rest....

We all should go to the bay or boutique and by some beans, take the freebies and do with them what was ment for them, hand them out.....just my two cents.

I actually used to know a guy in high school that INSISTED that the only difference in good weed and bad weed was that they used PCP and fruit peels/candy to make "good weed", that was the most retarded shit I had heard even back then and tried to convince him there really is just goodass weed but he wouldn't believe it for anything

Pirate138 you forget that different people react differently to weed. And if you got no tolerance, the high can get quite crazy. When I was 15 I smoked some jack herer in holland and it made flout over my body and watch the scene from above and I had a constant very strong dejavu sensation that lasted many houres non stop! And when I got on the ship and tried to sweep the floor I couldn't see it. I could see everything but not when I looked down. Shit, that was probably a crass overdose. I thought that I will suffocate coz my throut felt like it was growing together and closing and I had them dejavu repetedly on the next day.
I thought this weed that makes you roll on the floor laughing was a myth until one day I smoked some my self and it just did that. Uncontrolable laughter to the piont I had to drop on the floor and roll. It was The best marihuana experience I actually had
So I belive them people when they say they were hallucinating.

they do that shit all the time here with "primo" at 20 dollars a gram with cocaine in it. but nobody is mixing in hallucinogens into 80 dollar an ounce weed to make a dollar. give me a break. what are they pissin this pcp into the bags? they are barely makin any money selling schwag must less puttin free hard drugs in it. this is new orleans you will have no problem selling hard drugs to be mixing it in with herb.

First off I reccomend buying two packs of jack herer and making your own f2's. search for sativa phenos until the walls start breathing. because it'll happen. if you don't think you can trip off weed you need to step up your grow game. Some of my strongest hallucinations came from med club jack herer in the late 90s

we eat field shrooms out here like nothing. And they vary in potency from field to field and night to night. But I've had numerous weed trips that were much more "hallucinogenic" than many of the weaker field shroom trips.

when i was a kid like 11 or 12 i used to pinch my old mans stash. He always got brick weed, but there were a few batches that me and a friend smoked...and i was in a trance. nothinglike shrooms but very light color distortions. the only time this happend to me was smoking some diesel from michagan; the guy i roasted with was laughing at me and kept saying "is it working?" my entire mouth went numb i couldn't think, my face felt like the on set of a mushroom trip. i can't believe that people have not experienced this great part of the cannabis plant!

If so, my fault mane, apparently every weed I done ever seen has been coated in PCP all this time. This is an outrage, Pirate. Thanks for your insight. Weed couldn't be good at all, and if it is it must be coated in PCP, you must be right. I guess indica is just fancy talk for weed dipped in opium/heroin, huh?? So then there's only one real strain of weed, and the rest is just PCP and Opiates in varying degrees. So much for sativas and indicas
