Those will work, just set them up right and you will be good. There is a lot of info on mixing soil. A good soil mix and straight water is a great way to go with blumats because the lines are small and will clog with any buildup. Also you don’t want your reservoir to ever get dry or you will get air in the lines so put it on a float valve and a timer to fill. I used blumats for a couple years, 10 years ago, and they work but to me nothing beats cycle timed feedings especially now that you can adjust them remotely with a phone.

That does sound nice, however I'm highly limited with my space and options for connections to water, so all that will not work for now till I move somewhere else. When ya'll say better plants without using BioBizz stuff, what exactly is the metrics used. More potent, healthier, more yield, faster growth?

Its just if you are growing in soil you will not need it. The less variables in play when you are learning the better. You can do a tea now and then and some foliar sprays and the soil will take care of everything else the plant will need. I promise any one here with any experience in this hobby before permits and social media, has overcome any obstacle you think is in your way. Its really just about deciding what you want to do with your time. A small grow i would set up the blumats for water only so i could go out of town and focus on manicuring the plants when i was there and hand feed anything else you want with foliar feeds in between ipm sprays.

I agree with itsmychoice. Its about removing variables and getting dialed. the less variables you have, the easier it is to get it right. I really can't think of anything easier then amended soil and tap water with blumats. It even eliminates over and under watering. Meeting plants needs will give you the better yield, quality, potency, etc. There is no product that is better then another. The main difference is cost and ease. The easier it is, the more likely it is you are gonna meet the plants needs.
If you read that thread on dialing blumats, you will be good. For all we know your ph issue is root disease related from overwater. If you adjust it correctly, it's one more variable gone. You set it to the correct level and your moisture stays right. They are moisture sensors, not emitters. If your soil is dry, is because they weren't adjusted right. Keep in mind, whenever they go dry, they d to be readjusted. That's why the floats are so handy.
