joesy, all i kno of dubble is a pic i saw a few years ago, and it looked dman good!
so i'm right there in the denseness with ya :D

airplane,
yes, its as good as it looks, and what you can't see is the fantasic flavor and aroma!
Ive only smelled one other strain that was this good, and that was Bogs strawberrykush.
wonderfull strain and smelled exactly like over ripened strawberries and kicked like a mule!!
GS has a very sweet smell all the way to about 55-60 days then the cdsd end of it starts to creep into the back ground.

but with an official thc test @28% and many others that consistently come in over 20% its surely worth giving it a run.
its also quite the genetic powerhouse when its used for breeding.
ive grown a few other Gage Green strains using grape stomper in the mix.
they are pure fire!!
check out gage in the breeders forums for more info.
seed can be had now at seedboo and the bay.
he also has an auction house for discontiued strains.
there hasn't been very many drops of GS and when they are up its a matter of hours before they're gone like many of the private collection *1 time* drops they occasionally do.
like candy drop and liea og.. they were gone in a few hours and they are some of the best Ive grown.
people can't get enough of my CDrops :)
out of the 4 gage strains Ive grown I got several keeper from all but 1 strain.
my 4 GS phenos pic'd above are still in the vine,
samples taken monday and tested t'day tell me this...
its going to be a hard choice to pick which ones have to be cut from the list.
they are all top quality keepers!

dank sinatra
cut this morning so in a week or so I'll get a good idea on weight.
budz are very dense so I expect a nice frosty haul from these 4 gals.
I can't wait to get a room *full* of these....

grownout

grownout, these were so easy to grow
I just stayed out of the fooking way while
they did they're thing. :plant grow:

when these hit the seedbanks they won't last
very long at all
gage did a jam up job with these BX2s
just 2 pheno's and everything was fairly uniform

hi bonny
with the GS, I trimmed a lot of wood off because at the time as I was more interested getting em dried and into the jars.
there were no really large nugs but lots of medium sized ones.
with the knock out potentcy from this strain (28%thc)
it will be in my garden for a long time

btw
with the tight trim the stems have so much resin on them
I'll get a decent oil run from that and shuga leafs to make
some peeps very happy :D

GS BX2 Smoke Report

GS BX2 Smoke Report

ok!! its time to wrap this grow down with the smoke report.

i ended up with 4 lassies #3 #4 #5 #6 with two distinct pheno's.

out of those my #4 *bubba* pheno was the more diesel/chemdog *snowman*

dominant pheno, #5 was a 50/50 split between the two pheno's

and #3 and #6 were the stomper leaners.

all 4 pheno's are very excellent in the potentcy dept. with my #4 *Bubba pheno* taking top honors

its hard to choose the ones to cut from the list.

they went 72 days and had about 20% amber when chopped

it definitely gives a *lets do something* energy with a nice even 50/50 split between body and head that gives a very clear unmuddle buzz.

perfect for socializing, tackling a project or just goofing off.

#4 ws the only one to have heavy lung expansion,

the other were smooth as silk.

one doob lasted the whole day for an experienced heavy

every day toker,

the initial come on is nice and smooth but you realize 20-30minutes later you way, WAY more buzzed than you originally thought

and it lasts a long time!

you want to pace your self with this one,

too much too soon and the stomper lets you know who's da boss!

the ceiling is way up there and really wasn't reached.

the down side if you want to call it that is the taste was a bit fruity and sweet and but not really dominant even tho the smell is very sweet, floral and fruity.

by mid joint there's really not much taste anymore but you have to take into account they've only been jarred for about a week so a nice 30+ day cure would probably enhance whats lacking in giving GS hi marks across the board.

GS is definitely going to stay in my garden for a long time
