Get her a littermaid electric cat box for christmas, best thing going for ease of cleanup.
cats are pretty smart and will respect you, if you respect them.
when my cats ate a seedling the first time and only time.
i said to them "please dont do that, i know you like munching on them leaves, but if you eat the young little one´s, they will die and you will have nothing to munch on, have some of these older plants leaves."
never have lost another seedling to cats.
I bet you could call fish out of the water.
Here, fishy fishy fishy fishy! <SPLASH!> Blammo! SSO needs no pole or hooks or bait, he simply calls them to gather around.
cats usually come and talk to me and dogs usually jump in my lap without hesitation, first they see me.
animals that arent used to human contact except to flee from them, are not so easy.
i did once get a toad to jump in my hand right after i met her.
Have you ever gotten a deer to come to you so you could pet it?
That's actually a form of dominance, and I don't allow it. Other forms of dominance include leaning hard on the person, sitting on their feet, putting their feet on you, and physically being above you.Careful, cats can be addictive!
I like dogs OK but would never have one, they're so much trouble, always bugging you and - well, they're so needy. they get really sulky if you're busy and don't scratch them behind the ears enough. Had them while the kids were growing up but they're not my cup of tea. For some reason they like me and are always demanding attention.
Has anyone else ever watched My Cat From Hell on Animal Planet? I love that show.
