i dunno. i would imagine minimal but it would probably be searchable on google. theres a bit of information on using it or salicylic acid out there. im sure someone did a study on it. id be curious to know too. hmmmmm let me go get my googler brb. its got a lot of history of use on here like above said retro has been talking about it for what feels like ions and it seems to me like a solid technique. hes pretty into soil microbes so im sure hes looked into it and yet he still does it.

Everything I've found points to stronger plants and larget yields. I expected the stronger but not the larger.
Aspirin, kontos, and heat treatments seem to have saved my gg's from the brink. Gotta thank his Glueness, JW for the creation and Retro for salvation.

been getting crazy reviews on the sun grown gorilla glue….one of my trimmers is from east coast and took some GG back to a party in washington DC where they just legalized, his best friends brother is some tech geek who sold a company for 10 million a few years back…got a text yesterday saying "in a room full of millionaires and they all say this GG is the best weed they ever smoked" he said he wants the rest when he gets back….turned down the sours, OG and hazes and said he only wants to take GG back home.
another friend took some to the dirty south where every body said it was better than all other strains he brought, from cherry pie, tangies, hazes, even OGs….GG was the best by far and they want more.
did get a mixed review from a few friends in the bay area…they called GG "diet diesel" and were talking shit telling me stop growing it and it "wasn't sour enough". but i gave them a nug from a plant that was picked early because of fusarium, so i loaded up some of the newer batch that was picked almost 2 weeks after the first, and took them down a quarter oz, had them roll an 8th into a jumbo RAW, and they all changed their verdict to "this is wayyy better" and "smooth but thick menthol clouds like cookies". their misconception came from them assuming it would have some kind of Sour D, OG kush lemon fuel taste, i had to explain its totally different.
so all around people are loving this shit!! i genuinely think that when people bash GG its because they got a premature batch, its gotta go a bit longer to get that super glue sticky, resinous feel and that chocolate rubber tire, sour dubb menthol mint taste…
anyways enough rambling here are some pics of my GG flopping all over the place, and growing damn near as big as my outdoor plants indoors. you can't even see the animal cookie trays behind them because they are twice as filled. its also making some crazy good shatter, not even dewaxed yet it snaps and pulls, and is strong as fuck.
this is in a back area that doesn't even get light, and they are still growing out into the space…
at week 4-5, still has a good 3 weeks of swell and stack left. already super glue sticky..
gg4 shatter, made from sun grown popcorn/trim, blasted 2 weeks after they dried, no dew axing, nothing special just blasted and purged for 72 hours and its crazy good, usually i just buy shatter because the stuff i make sucks lol, but this changed everything. been doing side by sides with Gold Coast and a few other brands and the GG shatter is leaving everyone in a speechless early bedtime stupor.
