Gorilla Glue #4

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I wanted to chime in. A few years ago I visited a friend out of state. He sent me home with a large mason jar full of Gorilla Glue #4. It was one of the best strains that I have ever smoked. My wife and I fondly refer to that summer as The Summer of Love. Heady high, great for pain, with no paranoia. Gorilla Glue #4 is cannabis perfected, IMHO.

Crooked I got my best yields ever weaving like that. Its a serious mission working the netting back out come harvest time though even just cutting it away takes a lot of time.
Works great with strains like the glue with good stretch.

Stoney ive been telling people to weave the glue since well before i had it. I love that method for virtually every strain i have. Many ways to time it and make for crazy dense canopies.

Lol now look what ive started... I had the 40 year special edition open when I saw those numbers.
Thats just the strongest strain THEY'VE tested. They will just tell you enter it in the next cup.

question for all you GG4 bubble hash experts. Last night i used my machine and washed about 400 grams of fresh frozen GG4 trim. I did 2 washes and pulled quite a bit of incredible bubble hash.....the problem: i immediately placed the patty in the freezer and a while later i began to microplane it. within almost seconds it was starting to goo up and had to go back in the freezer....not to mention it left quite a bit on my fingers which i feel like is somewhat wasted

What can ya do to microplane bubble this gooey?!

Well if you find an answer let me know as I have had the same issue. Best I can figure is that I need a freezer capable of much colder temps than a standard freezer.

a few years ago ???? not saying your wrong , just maybe off on your time line , cuz GG4 hasn't been around that long . maybe 2 1/2 years at the most & not really well know & spread around untill the last year & a half .

Not sure if it's clear from Matt's video's/technique, but as you've found the whole micro-planing process need to be cold. Ideally it could be done in a walk in freezer where the tools and all surfaces are cold.

ive never microplained my bubble, and never had any "goo" issues. I follow Matt Rize's tek, minus the microplaining.

I never have put mine in the freezer and it turned out great the trick is removing the moisture and it smokes better....

I chop up my bubble fresh out of the bag with a knife or card and dry it that way and it comes out excellent. I just produced 7 grams of blonde 90u hash from 4 whole gg4 dud plants - buds and all

Finally got some non dudded pre cup cuts that are starting to produce trichomes a week into flower (bad pic). Third times a charm.
