Does not look like broad mite damage to me. Broad mites typically cause twisted leaves, not cupped like in the picture. Russets might be possible. Three main causes of cupping are: over watering, high temperatures, and over feeding.
Calcium deficiency can also cause it.
A scoping is definitely in order. If no pests are seen, then it is one of the other causes. Russets would be my first guess as far as pests are concerned, not broads, but definitely scope for both.

I am in a cold winter climate. So, I installed an intake fan that pulls cool air from outside/basement/crawlspace. I don't know if you have the same option but, this should help for real cheap vs an ac unit and like 1amp. Just get an outlet thermostat, a fan, a back flow damper and some filters n ducting and start drilling!
