Gorilla Glue #4

I cant just "agree" its glue. It could be dudded or not glue based on the examples given. It honestly doesnt look like glue to me. Having minimal stank sounds wrong too as the plant seemingly is healthy. Maybe just run the star dog if you know whats what. You asked if something seems wrong, well, the plant doesnt smell much which even the most seasoned grower shouldnt agree with. The leaves look small and i cant see petioles which are a genetic indicator and the buds arent finished nor are the pics very clear. So there are red flags.

Had a guy pik up some OG and sumthin else popular and he was pissed he didnt wait 1 more day to get the Glue after handling it.
Everyone wants the Glue as soon as they smell it.
Very rank, greesy, dieselly goodness. Like an oily rag in a machanics shop.
Again.....great job JW! She is a beast in the East right now.

GG#4 sucks and shouldnt be complimented in anyway. I do not condone any compliments to the breeder for breeding such a strain as this.
I will tell no real stories that will in any way flatter the breeder so as not to gain any advantage to the way JW thinks about me, or portrays me in a brighter light.

I will be sure to be more sensitive to your feelings about me or the strain GG#4 for now on.

First lemme say i doubt GG4 at first because most samples were good but no better than stardawg- my first run gave me an awesome finished product that I thoroughly enjoy and will def be runnin more of.

That said- I'm with blueberry baby, no where near as loud as StardAwg in flower. Good Stardawg cuts reek like RKS and burnt rubber in flower, glue to me smelled like just another chem til jarred and cured then smelled amazing- Choco chem dank. Almost every other plant in test smelled louder until chop came

i just grabbed a huge tub of ona.. and then i got a smaller Tupperware that fits inside my carbon filter.. i hooked the Tupperware up to a piece of rope.. so i can pull it up to refill it .. i filled the Tupperware with ona.. put into the filter... put my ducting back on.. and BAM. smell was pretty much gone.. until last week of flowering.. is when i usually have issues.. no matter how many fans. or filters.. or ona gel.. some strains just KICK.. lol

I gave each of my 4 patients a free 2g sample of the glue after she was cured (about 3 weeks in a jar). I got a call 3 days later and they bought me all out, minus a 1/2 zip im keeping for myself until next harvest (oct 16th +/-). one said he put the bowl down after 4 good tokes and was ripped. lol this was only on a 65 day grow, next will be 73 days.

I managed 2 zips from 1 plant in a 1.75gal pot (was a tester plant). now ive got 6 in 5gal pots and they are freaking MONSTERS!!!! had to gently bend and tie the tops down as they were reaching 6'+ and 3" from my hoods.

great work JW, im sure ive said it before, and ill continue to say it.

I'm actually really surprised it won, I've had better grows of her...this run was cut down a few days early for security reasons, had an inexperienced plant sitter for a week while I went camping in the sierras(that did a great job), didn't get the usual 2 week flush, battled w/ summer with an undersized a/c, etc...just that great of a plant I suppose, much like the glue.

Bummer of a morning. Just tossed out the my cup cut out after an 8 month battle. I actually managed to pull it out of it's dud state for a run (and a half) but it slipped back into it and it took my favorite cut with it.

gg#4 is not a skunky plant in anyway.. GG$4 hits all the marks better than most. The smell is strong, the strongest no, Very potent the strongest there is no, Flavor is sublime best there is no, Super big yielder, the best pretty close lol, Bag appeal fantastic the best no, easy to grow easier then most yes... So ea one by its self not a big deal combine them all you got a strain that's hard to beat.

I haven't had a plant with all of the good traits in a long time....Sure I have strains that Smell better, look great but lack in other areas. None hit all the marks. That's what we look for not just 1 but all of the traits we like.

I was out the other night with my wife, and we ran into a old friend of hers.
This friend is not a pot smoker and doesnt have much experience with the smell, and certainly doesnt have the fancy vocabulary that we use. (ie. chemmy, kushy, etc)

(My wife and I had smoked a joint o glue on the way, and she also had a small glass jar with about 1 gram of glue in her purse)
As soon as my wife and her friend saw each other and hugged, the friend says; "Holy shit you smell like roadkill"..
(my wife doesnt skip a beat and says, "Awww, thank you!" lol)

keep In mind, this was in the middle of a super packed, smokey ass bar.

I agree that gg4 isnt the most dead skunky strain..
Up close the buds smell more sourish to me.. then when i break it up that strong coffee funk comes out.. and when im about 10 feet away, thats when it smells the most skunky to me.
also, after a room or car is smoked in, the glue leaves a skunk funk behind.
IMO of coarse.

Here is my gorilla glue from a week or two ago. Put in the ground July 14th, put under lights until Aut 10th. Just a beast for how little of time she has spent in her final pot. She is in a 400gal pot. So far so good.
