it was actually josey who decided she was a keeper after me passing out while trimming a lavender plant after taking my very first trip with the gg4.

PEACE!
lol, that was a sticky day, in all honesty if it weren't for Marr the glue seeds would be in the garbage dump , I just recognized a winner and dident want to ever lose it like I have other good cuts in my past, so I passed it, the rest is history unless somebody else comes out saying they created gg like a certain someone did. lol :tiphat: to Marr

that would be nice, no havent ran the firestorm or slg yet. running a couple phenos of a glue/cheese cross that josey made. so far i like the structure its only been in about 3 weeks now. the cheese definetly improved lateral strength, more stout and robust, ill let ya know. i also have a dmt/glue cross that i made, was gonna toss her due to how she stacked, first run dissapointed me but the run i got going now is a lot better got them in organic soil(learning curve for me)but doing really well with better trich production than first run. if can get the laziness out will get some pics up later shes about 7 1/2 weeks in 12/12.

PEACE!

Sounds good !!! :bigeye:

i'm shit at that other then to say so far it's very unique and full > all over my palette so to speak(& so is the effect full & unique in my head...)

it's exquisite !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when U walk back in the room you cant help but notice the intensely nice smell of the smoke lingering in the air...u say WTF is THAT?

it's special

Hi StarCrash
Congrats, you finish the job, they did look amazing by the end, love those purple tones!!!are you changing your set up also?Fucking hell !!!this genetic is making people trow all the other genetics out the window and reconfiguring grow rooms to suit this one, thats something i haven´t see before ....i found taste(on my one) to be the big thing with it,started being a coffee and or licorice when it was just dried.but later on as it cures is coffee with a citric after taste, definetly tastes as it smells.
Am hoping to get my room going again by the end of next week, changed my set up to gain height, going for 9x3 gallon pots under 600w lamps this time and will be giving her at least 21 days Veg,will post soon.

you have it...you must:biggrin: you're people are reacting that way because they've/you've got your hands on something very special...i can vouch for this ...i've experienced it...this is a special cut & until a grower gets it & grows it successfully for themselves they can't possibly understand ...:tiphat:

I finally got a cut rooted from my sick mom.. That took a few months. I did not want to lose my original cut. Took a big weight off my mind. I still have about 15 other cuts im still waiting to see if any root. The rooted 1 is in soil under my 315. I culled the mom today..

we got our genotype of the 1, 4 and 5 back today, 3 million markers per plant lol, like I am going to count them, its unbelievable all the stuff that they can tell by getting this done, the 4 and 5 are more indica , they can even tell if the plants are male or female , all from a leaf

I wounder if they can tell if a plant is more prone to intersex traits by the amount of male markers it has.

I don't even know where to begin..

I just had my first gorilla glue trim and sample experience after a pretty solid first run at her.
Sticky sticky. Even after hanging to an almost crisp dry and then trimming that glue is sticky. Wow.

I took 3 hits off this uncured glue and am ripped!

Thank you JW and everyone else who helped this cut end up in my garden.

Quick pic to justify that^ word spackle:

Hey JW, just as a curiosity, how much does one of them there genetic mapping survey thingamajobbers cost?

Science marches on. In this case, it's going to be way in your corner. Once they can specify a reasonable number of markers to allow genetic fingerprinting, seems like GG4 should be more defendable.

I wiki'd biological patents because I thought that natural organisms could not be patented or copyrighted but couldn't recall:

United States[edit]
Main article: Biological patents in the United States
In the United States, up until 2013 natural biological substances themselves could have been patented (apart from any associated process or usage) if they were sufficiently "isolated" from their naturally occurring states. Prominent historical examples of such patents include those on adrenaline, insulin, vitamin B12, and various genes. A landmark ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in June 2013 declared naturally occurring DNA sequences ineligible for patents.[10]

Copyright info about biological dna was not as clear, at least in the minimal search i did. On Quora, one of those ask a questions and someone will give an answer sites, i found this answer/opinion:

SCOTUS also determined that DNA is information, which has interesting consequences. Information cannot be copyrighted, since preventing the dissemination of the true state of the world does no one any service. Thus all information is in the public domain. Similarly, cDNA which copies a natural DNA pattern is just a copy of the public domain.

If DNA is information, then the U.S. copyright laws dictate that it cannot be copyrighted either. On the other hand, if someone does make a synthetic gene in the future, they WILL be granted copyright protections and can license its use in the future.

"Because when you think about it, most known DNA sequences that we can access and use* are not chemicals kept in freezers, but magnetic dipoles kept on disk drives. These are data, not chemical" -- SCOTUS: DNA is information, not a chemical

i gather the supreme court maybe hasn't established a definitive answer for this fairly arcane but massively important question.
