GG4 bubble came out as straight shatter after pressing at 220 degrees for about 15-20 seconds.

skunk has a very different smell... fruity skunk or the typical oldschool skunk smell... gg4 has strong chem weed smell.

yea Chemmy.I also get A Choco with her ..Some Kush as well.Not to far away from Bubba kush. At least 1 of the Flavours is emphasised more on the Exhale.. me thinks. Maybe the Choco.. More ish

This is my first glue run. My friend told me this might be an S1. Any ideas? It seems like it has stretched quite a bit.

I didn't run that many SGVOG.. Everything gets an ID to track them. That 1 is the only SGVOG I liked enough to flower.

I actually just sprayed my GG4 with STS, then sprayed again the next day and the next day. How long did it take for those Gorilla Jewels to appear?

So what is the difference between an s2 and a feminized backcross to the original cut using this new pollen? Are you using the s100 pollen on itself or the original cut? Would that then be an SX1 or 2? Or BXS1? 2? How weird can we get with this?

S2 would be a selfing of the S1 progeny.
If you Used the pollen from the S1 to cross back to the S1 it would be a S1bx (or bc depending on your label preference.

Pollen from an S1 used on a sibling would be an S1ix(ic).

note: x denotes a cross. Therefore ix = "in-x(cross)"

Others use "bc, ic" simply because they are proper acronyms.

I would let her go 10wks and Cure her for a week-or-so for an Even greater/more Prodominant smell n Taste

When you self a plant you cause many gene pairs to double for example (AA).

By evaluating the progeny you can see how homozygous your p1 was.

If your s1 phenos are all over the place you know your p1 is a polyhybrid or heterozygous for a lot of traits (Aa) like a mofo.

We would consider like or homozygous gene pairs (AA or aa) to be true breeding for that gene pair thus to some extent the trait it controls.

When you cross an s1 back to the original mother plant P1 any gene pairs that they do share should then double up to a homozygous state and the subsequent progeny will be true breeding for that gene pair.

It is a good tool for many uses such as isolating genetic building blocks and selection.

Whatever comes out of that s1#100 x the sour dubb, you can be sure you will find phenos that will be homozygous for many sour dub gene pairs/traits. The progeny of those will 100% pass on traits reliably to their future children.

Traits that express from c-dominance or incomplete dominance add another wrinkle to complexity of it all heh...
