I love when someone asks me what I'm feeding and I tell them V+B and some cal/mag from clone through flower. They get a shocked look and then tell me the long list of expensive nutes, additives and boosters they use and their plants pale in comparison to mine.

Yep the same here, I just use V&B and trichodermas + molasses (or honey or agave syrup) :)
Sometimes bactos at the grow beginning.
10 plant in 1gal pot each,under 600W hps, cogr 2X500 ml/day.
EC total:1 (including tapwater EC 0.3 ) from the end of stretch period to flush.
1 flush with sugar at EC 0.6 per week when i change the soup and i finish the two last week with sugar only :)

Veg+Bloom just seems like I would need a lot with the amount of plants but I do like the recipe it's got everything.
PEACE!

ditch the cal mag and up the nutes next time you think they need it. youll be surprised to find you dont need cal mag either.

jacks is hella cheap.
i do the
3 parts jacks
2 parts calnit
1 part epsom although i know some dont think its necessary.

make to desired ppm and ph.

cheapest recipe i know of and it works awesome.

if you like boosters, they have one too. its also cheap.

grow more sells stuff very similar and its also cheap.

nutes should be cheap. nothing on the cannabis market is inexpensive enough to use and they dont give better results than tinkering with jacks and calnit.

if i was to use anything on the grow store shelf it would be gh maxi grow and gh maxibloom. between those two (and a booster if you like) you need nothing else ime.

top shelf results.

you'd be surprised how little you need to get the EC you want ! i run RO water & a level tsp of this stuff is .2 EC / 200ppm in 5 gallons of plain RO .
a 5lb tub lasts me almost 2 months feeding 30 + plants at any given time . all stages .

yo dan find someone to go halfsies with ya on that 100 lb drum! :D

Which one ya think works best for soil the original or the dirty?

my kid wants too , but he uses the tap formula . can't get his cheap ass to swing for an RO unit lol

soil .... original if your running a rez , dirty if your hand feeding . i'd say dirty period , but it leaves a bunch of shit in the bottom of a rez . my OCD can't handle that ! lol

im using a new jacks recipe too. its meant to be made into a liquid concentrate fot use in dosers. its a similar recipe but it has zero sulphur to bind with calcium. it was developed as a aquaponics feed that could grow lettuce (i think?) and not hurt fish.
it has the combined benefit of being stable as a shelf concentrate in its complete recipe for a an easy one part doser.
if you like sulphur, most of us do. lol/
just add 40 ppms of sulfur in the form of epsom salt at the beginning of the mix or in a doser and mixing chamber prior to dosers in the line that add all the other parts.
this is getting good results in cannabis too.
you can do weekly epsom feed to keep up on sulfur.
i havent used it too much but it did fine in veg.

nice, seem like the shelf life is on point?

The only thing you need to worry about is moister,it absorbs it from the air and will turn into a brick if you leave it open. I put it in zip lock bags and squeeze the air out of the bag when I close it up,I don't have a lot of plants so if I get 5lbs I divide it up into 1 lb bags.

i keep in a sealed tupperware.
i buy 25 pounds of
jacks and the five gallon bucket of gh. ]

you gotta protect that shit from the air. itll suck all the moisture from air and ruin your nutes.

I keep my Jacks in these.

This one has been drilled to use as a hempy bucket. But the have a rubber seal in the lid which makes the water tight. The lid is a easy off lid. So they are real easy to open.

I get them free at the Sams club bakery just for asking. First come first serve. I can get a full 25 pound bag in one bucket.

Gg4 at 30 days. Shaved her legs way higher this round, getting way better stacking.

I shaved em all nice and high the day I flipped to 12/12, I try to minimise removing anything except excess fan leaves once flowering starts. I'll snip inside nugs again maybe ten or so days in after some stretch if there's any obviously shaded bits but try not to if I can help it
