I was caught out with some low minimum temps and an earlier than anticipated yellowing,I am at day 57 and this plant looks like it doesn't have the energy to do any more, and she's been on water alone for at least 3 weeks now,and was lightly fed anyway and I used no boosters or flower stim at all.The calyxes are swollen,it smells very chemmy and unexpectedly floral.
The question is this,is it worth leaving the plant for the extra week to day 70 even though there is hardly a green leaf left on it?Cut my losses and be damn happy with 9 week glue and feed a week longer next time to experience the 10 week glue?
thoughts?Like I said the plant doesn't look like it's got 13 days of life left in it.
I did the same mistake with some of my glue plants... its a very nute tolerant plant, not a light feeder at all, to build that big mass it takes a lots of foods (as usually), its not a wonder strain that will yield a ton with very light feed.
my glue plants what got normal feeding, not light feed yielded much more.
as much as i too was shocked to see his post, i have to say it. those look fucking proper. nice work. i bet that aint some garbage commercial weed. he does act like an asshole on here but he definitely is knocking this strain out of the park. look at those. perfect fade stack and looks great. glad shes performing for you, you you stuck up prick jk
Many growers use high EC levels above 1.5ec when its just not necessary. Many cultivars don't not need that. I do not feed anything I grow more than 1.3ec.. Anytime I have taken my EC above 1.3ec I get issues. If u see any kind of tip burn your using too much... You only need to give plants what they need. Giving them more then that is just a waste and trouble. Just because any plant can take high ec levels doesn't mean you should be doing that.
I'm definitely looking forward to trying it anyway.
My plants are always either mostly yellow, red or purple when they finish anyway,I'd rather half the yield and be smoking exactly what the strain has to give rather than some freakishly enhanced monster bud.
