The later u take the cut the better. As long as u have some pistils still white ur good to go. I never tried any when there ready to harvest. Can it still work with them all dead sure. I just did a Motherloaded.. It's never failed me.

does it still take forever to root like the earlier cuts ?

i took 6 cuts off the SLG #1 at about week 4 , they've been in the cloner for about 2 weeks now . got 1 to root so far & 2 died off , the other 3 are still in .

Not really. Like all cuts if there having any issues they can take a long time to root. I had some HK cuts taken at 2 weeks flower those took forever to root. Most will take about 10 days max to root. The cooler u keep the water the longer they will stay alive in ur cloner.

yes indeed, the 5.0 is alive and well, she hasent had the exposer the 4 has had but is a keeper in anyone's garden
