one more glue shot; the pics of the glue were a mid summer run so it didn't have completely ideal conditions(my 1ton window banger didn't shut off once for 9 weeks lol) although the ssh that won in seattle came from the same run(wasn't the best I've ever grown her, but I suppose it was enough)

sir- you using landscape fencing for your screens? my biggest problem with screens is harvest, as it's a huge pain to detangle all of the branches from underneath the screen, and cutting isn't an option as little nylon fibers go flying all over sticky finished nugs. that looks like it's the way to go, easy to replace and seemingly much easier to harvest since it can be cut.

drill em and string em with vinyl coated clothsline from wally world,4 bux for 50 ft..

Just because the gsc isn't looking huge like the gg#4 does. does not mean it wont yield out nice at the end. Weight is weight! when something has frost pimpin half way through its hard to let go!!!!

Finally someone who knows what I'm saying with the braided nylon trellis! Been preaching this shit for years. That shit will leave all kinds of nylon in your buds. Only go with hard plastic hortitrellis.

Just plastic screens.
Ah you get the hang of wiggling branches out pretty easy n that's with double net id prefer to just stake everything, but thats more work than a tougher chop with nets

i just hang the whole screen upside down in my 4x4 tent i use for drying, when the buds are dry enough its easy to just chop branches and pull them out through the vinyl coated clothesline.it was a pain getting it tensioned right but it makes harvest easier than that frickin stupid ass white netting...

I just hate the contact made between nugs and screen when attempting to detangle, I feel like I'm smearing resin every time. so I'd prefer to cut them, which is the issue that I have with the nylon string screens that they sell at the grow shop. I guess I'm just a sucker for minimal direct contact with my buds...I try very hard to not touch a nug at all until it goes into the bowl, even during trimming. unnecessary touching takes away from bag appeal imho.

I like using the stakes. There much easier to use in my case being disabled. I cant bend over very well to weave it in so I just shove in some stakes then secure using twist ties.. It's the least painful route for me. I have 1 of those SJ nets looks like its made out of the same stuff bungee cords are made from. Never used it but looks like a good net.

This is OGx Mango Haze made by Dr. Purpur. Seeds came from Neville. she is very fickle to grow. To much water or food she will claw on ya. she is a bean pole plant very tall 7' easy after stretch. Good mix between Sativa and indica. She can put you down if you partake to much.. Been with me for years now.

I didn't know trimming had anything to do if a strain was top shelf out not. lol this dud e is pretty funny. he would go ape shit over some SDub.. GG#4 is one of the way better strains as far as leaf to calyx ratio..Super easy to trim as well.

I know it's probably already been addressed, but did you breed the chem bubbles or get elsewhere? Love the structure.

Im like that dude. I like my stuff trimmed tight. Whoever keeps all that sugar leaf on them buds, looses alot of good BHO product that they could use to get even higher.

Whilst on the subject of yields what sort of numbers is everyone getting?

Was thinking of 4 per k in 10gal pots organic soil 60 ish days veg scrogged

LMAO.

I don't know of anyone hitting 4 indoor. 2lb from 4 plants under 1k is what we are getting. I know TC gets that but he uses 600w setting on his gavitas. we both do lollipoped trees but he uses a screen I do not. So his yields better than mine do. Im sure I could improve that if I used a screen but I don't run all the same strain under 1 light. I normally have 3-5 different strains at different ages going.. one end will have the older plants the center teens, the other end just put in.

sorry pal i meant to say 4 plants per 1k organic soil in 10 gallon smart pots scrogged 60+ day veg

so 2lb is a respectable yield from the glue in soil ?

:tiphat:

That does not look like it will yield nice at the end.
I cant see a 3" skinny ass little top weighing as much as a 9" fat round top. Both of them being dense and hard at the finish.
It just doesnt make any sense to me or anyone else that has run the GG#4 and the GSC.
Even if GSC tastes great, its not worth it to me to order seeds or obtain a cut and run it. Waiste of space for 1/3rd the yield.
Thats just my opinion. You can have yours and thats fine.
Im not hating or calling you out on some bullshit.
I just cant wrap my experience around this. Everything in my experience with growing 100's of strains says no way.
If you could, please do a side x side with 2 Scrog'd tables.
GG#4 under 1 lamp and GSC's under the other.
Take 1 plant of Glue and give us the final yield off it.
Then take 1 plant of the GSC and give us the final yield off it.
I bet theres a big difference in yield #'s.

Ya everyone I know runs 4 per light.. 2lb is doing very well. 3lb your killing it.
