Ingredients
1/4 cup butter ( can use turkey fat if desired, Ima fat ass)
1/4 all purpose flour
2 cups turkey juices (add water if needed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Hash to taste ( 3 grams-7grams for a mid to super strong batch)
Directions:
Simmer butter in a a pan on low heat, add hash and stir to dissolve evenly and simmer for a few minutes (dont let butter scorch)
Stir in flour and whisk/stir briskly to dissolve evenly, try to avoid clumps
Add your liquid, raise temps and keep stirring until boiling and bubbly, let boil 1 minute or so while you constantly stir, add pepper and salt ( may need a touch more salt to taste, i go light)
reduce heat and simmer while stirring until thick (should coat the back of a spoon thickly)
remove from heat and let stand a few minutes to thicken further.

Silver buildup in the lungs...I dunno man. I'd rather not. Sure it's ok on the stomach but heavy metal buildup in the lungs isnt gud.
