Thanks Tony. I’m busy this time of year and really didn’t stay on top of things like i should . They haven’t started bulking up yet and i didn’t want to screw it up worse than i already have. Still tho, they look great healthwise; just not as filled out as some pics i’ve seen. But I see what the fuss is about.

Check it out. Cool little game to test multi trait inheritance.

You can quickly see backcrossing alone to a heterozygous trait will never give you a 100 percent homozygous line.

https://www.open.edu/openlearn/science-maths-technology/science/biology/angel-breed

There has to be an incross at some point whether full sib or in this case...

Separately inbred cousins from the same p1!

You wont get hybrid vigor on a full sib cross but maybe we will here.

We are about to see Tom Hill. 8 years of my life! Hope you are well my friend!

Micro hogs. Make sure they get enough calcium before the flip. Lollipop them hard before the flip. So hard you start to get nervous, then you know you cut enough!
Tall ones from sprout are glue leaners in the bx.

Sup everyone, I’ve read about 300 pages of this so far from the beginning.

I bought a pack of GorillaBubble bx2 in like the spring of 2016 from Great Lakes Geneitcs and just now started some.

I popped 6 and they are about to go into flower tomorrow or the next day. There are a couple hard sourbubble, one with long skinny leaves I’m guess is hard leaning gg4, two that seems to be like sourbubble but with more vigor in veg. Then one dwarf..... it’s very short and jam packed with skinny branches and lots of leaves.

I LST pretty hard and couldn’t do a whole lot on the dwarf. I first reaction is to cut it and move on; however, there’s that “what if” so I’ll give it one run. I’ve taken clones of all (none have shot roots yet as it’s only been 3 days.

Does anyone know if these could be feminized seeds? I have spotted any preflowers yet which I thought was strange.

Im keeping my fingers crossed as I’ve put them under a SCROG and it’ll be a pain to have to pull the males.

Here are some pictures.

First one is a clone from a gorillabubble. Second one is a small tent picture. You can start to see something different in each. Third is of the screen I just smashed down. I also have a SourJack (wonderful btw) which messes everything up but I needed some guaranteed good buds in the group.

I know they have some deficiencies but my ph is on. I’ve been battling cal/mag issues and the SJ eats like an absolute big so it’s hard to balance all of them atm.

Mainly dialing in the groffice then I can dial in the plants.

Any knowledge on these is welcomed and I’ve grown sourbubble before.

100% they are not fems
there aren't any fems of this line from tonygreen
Save that runt ;)
I've grown out 45 Gorilla Bubble Bx2 and 10 Bx4 now since 2016(?)
Many keepers were found but I like to keep popping beans so only kept a few around for 2 or 3 runs.
I did find that most of the time they did not show preflowers until they were flipped to flower. Unlike other varieties that start to show preflowers around week 5 or 6 in veg.

Hey Tom, spot on observations. Females can be so stubborn to show that if it's taking awhile you can almost bet it's a girl.

I will be making fems of my new giant pheno of GB that was a mom to the RIL. Running her one more time to see if she spits out crazy numbers of twin seeds again and to make more RIL then I'm going to self her. First GB pheno out of hundreds and hundreds I've seen that really made me go hmmm that's different. I'm so used to them her explosive growth and huge flowers really stuck out and spoke to me.

Good to hear from ya man. Hope everybody is getting through these crazy ass times ok...

Plan is keeping RIL, pure GB, PTG, and the rabbithole as my main brands for now. Will still do some cool stuff here and there but these are my favorite and most special lines.

Hopefully hammer has me a sour dubb s3 pack someday too for some lime gb.

Has the RIL been grown out yet? Interested to see if it does have the hybrid vigor you talked about along with homozygous gg4 traits
