Where can I get some of these seeds? I have been trying to get GG4 for awhile, got cuts twice but neither was the REAL DEAL! This is the closest thing I have seen to the original!

tony might be back later dog, I only have tried the bx2. a lot stiffer in the branches for holding good sized cola's up as in the gg4s1 I had. not quite as good as my gg4s1 but near as much weight.

Noyd, watching the show, looking sweet!

Dogstar, 'best' is subjective. So many badass ladies, all depends on your preference and goals...

I did bx1f1, bx2, bx3, and f3s...

Ended up keeping a sb leaning bx2 and a gg leaning bx3. If you're looking for gg type, look at the higher number bxs (3/4). If looking for a nice hybrid or sb leaner, they seemed to be more common at the lower bx generations and filial lines.

The bx1f1s I found were unique, super frosty, floppy, more gg leaning than I would have anticipated given the trend in the rest of the lines. Assuming that's from Tony's mama/papa selections after the original bx1. Some very nice plants in there, and had a hard time selecting between a bx1f1 and bx3 for my gg leaner...

f3s, quick maturing, very sb leaning. Not sure if they're available anymore. sb type yield also

Of course, all could just be the luck of the draw and a whole bunch of nonsense, as I only popped 6-8 of each for a test run. ;)

Subjective indeed...many are looking for a gg4 dom plant in these seeds, but I personally was looking for a nice hybrid. I ended up liking the slower vegging more stout sour bubble leaning phenos. My favorite was a pheno that smelled and tasted like bubblegum skunk. All phenos seemed to have a strong underlying glue funk. All are deadly potent. I cant wait to get into some of the newer bx's..

As mentioned back crossing alone will not create a true breeding strain. Mr soul got the math wron by promoting a limited view of genetic understanding.

At bx4 and later individual traits Start segregating. Rez reportedly told bog once he would ruin sour bubble by bx4ing.
Even he had a limited understanding but was on to something sort of.

The further bxes do make it easier to find gg4 structured phenos.

The bx1f1 was a test of the future work needed to make a real true breeding strain.

Bx3f1 are a further example and a bit more refined. Bx3 and 4 has the highest percentages of glue leaners.

Bx3f1 may trump bx4 in a more "recreated gg4" in complete form.

Bx4 makes selection very easy if you run some numbers. Of course single packs don't show true statistics but chances are good anyhow.
You will find many unique plants with familiar characteristics though.

Bx4 needs 4 selfed or 10 filial gens to become true breeding.

Bx1f1 and bx3f1 are a way to see early examples of where it can go. Parents were both gg4 leaning for both lines.

The work was necessary to get to a stable point to begin getting toward true homozygosity.

A heterozygous poly hybrid like gg4 is not easily worked to a true breeding state.

You can see the line progressing though. For all the talk of glue leaners truly nearly every plant is special in there own right.

Tldr: pop those bx1f1. They won't be recreated. Forward not backward. I'm starting to get older. :)

Thanks to all who shared the journey so far. I'll do something nice for 4 20. We're close to going legal and I need tons new equipment, the last 5 years have taken their toll ha.

Did a pretty big bx3 x bx4 side by side. Not many sb leaners at all. Fwiw. 1 out of 10? Super similar. More combinations of terp profile on the glue leaning frame in bx4 as segregation begins to kick in.

Math says bx3f1 are more uniform for now but we go forward with an ideal pair of glue leaning bx4 for the next round of work. Selecting is easy in them.

The nice part is all of the parents are in here if you can find em in the thread ha.

One thing no matter what... you are guaranteed fire with minimal work. Those that look more will be rewarded though. Some very very special plants in the top 5 %. 5 to 95% are only bad ass ha!

Those are some of the segregated phenos. There is a grape bubblegum that is super rare. And the nice surprise is the skunk phenos which can be found if you look.

Bx4 is for people looking for something supreme and more rare than gg4 phenos. Bx3f1 and bx3 maybe easiest to find a complete glue leaner if you just want glue. They are in bx4 too but you got a better chance to get the rare of the rare combos.

Bx4 5 years. Helluva journey. If you got any version consider yourself lucky. Been to hell and back a few times for this line bit every happy face made it worth it.

All you guys proved every version has fire. I haven't had to hype shit the whole time because all of your plants spike for themselves.

Lou put on a great show of the evolution. All of you are talented as fuck in your own rights and a pleasure to see my work shine in your worthy hands!:thank you:

... a whole lot of primo information in Tony's last couple of posts. It basically takes the last few years of work and helps you decide where to find (or start looking) what you are looking for. "preciate it Tony. Never been anything but satisfied with any release of the Gorilla Bubble, and believe me, I have quite a few of them. ;)
