yea, if you come to Toronto, there's numerous weed friendly places to hang out. But for new years, depends on what you feel like doing. You can blaze almost anywhere really and it's kool (but they can enforce the law if they want). Alot of people in Toronto Blaze... There's cafes, tons of smoke shops, seed banks, parks, whatever man you get the point. here's some links

When in canada i just look for hippy lookin dudes on the hill at niagara falls. The duvall area off Canada 420 is a good place to get bomb hydro. I always score at tim hortons on that exit.

try kindred cafe or vapourlounge both are right downtown on yonge st. and very safe places to smoke dope. on the same block theres the sacred seed bank and THC (giant bongshop) plus tons of small stores selling pot related junk. That area should keep a pot head tourist busy for awhile! I hope you have an awesome time and find some very special smoke!

OMG i totally forgot about yonge street! Last time i was up there was NYE 2003/04 it was a blast. Went to a huge party in new market area

Don't count on going to Kindred Cafe, they got raided yesterday
I had the privilege of going to Toronto and kickin it at the Kindred Cafe for Canada Day a few years back; what an awesome place. It's a damn shame they got raided, too may people spreadin their business about how they treat & hookup Americans with no herb...damn shame. I hope they are able to re-open, I was going to go next year.
