Going to Brit Floyd concert tonight.

My wife and I are going on a date tonight which we rarely get to do. We'll be eating at The Open Kitchen first then on to the Brit Floyd concert. A great Pink Floyd cover band.

So the band played a lot of the "Piper at the Gates of Dawn" stuff ?! I'd liked to have seen that too...

Only one song, but almost all the pictures and videos on the round screen behind the band that showed Pink Floyd included Sid. Especially "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" and "Wish You Were Here". Also a tribute to Rick Wright.
The place was about 95% middle aged people. I bet most of us went to shows together at the old Charlotte Coliseum next door 35 to 40 years ago. Damn they got old. Glad I didn't. :biggrin:
