That's only because your bbq is buried in 4 feet of snow half the year. Lol I eat veggies , just not califlour, canned spinach, and a few other's

Someone say BBQ......

Yup, bbq those trolls. Lol those trolls are way too bitter.

I have to bbq 40 pounds of chicken and a couple dozen burgers and hot dogs for my little princesses 6th birthday on Saturday. I love to bbq. I have 2 grills one old school Weber, and a 6 ft long party grill from char broil. Charcoal or wood no gas for this cheesehead.

Made the wife a nice filet and a ribeye for me with crab legs, baked potatoes, and green beans the other day when the kids were gone with grandma.
I may seem like a caveman but I know how t o romance the wife.

Packer I gave my charcole and gas grills away..... I got a RecTec..... Nuff said.... It's a wood fired pellet grill....with a pid temp control. And the very best grill at there Price point.... The quality is outstanding and the food has the best flavor...... I had a Chargriller Duo.... One side with fire box for smoking, on the charcoal side and a gas's grill with burner on the other...... And I used the RecTec once and gave it away...

I have seen the pellet grills they are nice, not hands on enough for me my 6ft grill has an offset smoker, but I rarely use it because I don't smoke that much at one time. I use wood and some charcoal and set the Weber up to smoke slow and low. I have never done a brisket, so I Will fire up the big smoker when I do a brisket. I didn't a couple pork shoulders and a couple racks of spare ribs for my mom's birthday last year it was awesome smoked for like 12 hours. I think a brisket would be closer to 20 hours.
