Think it would be a F1 Goodbudz. Plus it's labeled wrong if the gsc was the mommy and flo scout was the daddy it should be labeled gsc forum x flo scout.
Males always come last in a cross. Same goes for fem beans the reversed daddy will come lAst.

Now you should look for a forum male out of those and make a bx line. Or look for a forum leaning flow scout female and male and bring the line to a F5 or F6.

GSC x GSC/Flo would be a BX or backcross i.e BX1

A true F1 is a crossing of 2 dissimilar unrelated parents for example thai x afghan.
F2 would be crossing 2 F1's of the same strain, example Gsc/flo x Gsc/flo.

The Gsc x Flo would be considered an F1.

Like if the male used looked nothing forum then would you still consider it a bx? I personally wouldn't think so but if it was a forum leaning male then I would consider it a bx.

But then again I am no breeder just have a minor understanding of how things work. I guess I could be wrong on this as well. I could see how it would be considered a bx.

He out crossed to the flo, then backcrossed back to the GSC mother. I don't think the terminology changes with selection. Quality of the cross lies in the skill of the breeder, the terminology just explains the process.

This is why many people can do the same cross with the same strains but one can have much better results, selection is key depending on what the goal is.

The BX2 would be GSC x (GSCxGSC/Flo). Multiple BX's are usually done to reduce the influence of the other breeding partner but genetically once you put the other set of alleles into the mix the influence will always be there. Some breeding partners can have more influence then others. This is why proper selections and testing is important.

Bx1 thanks fellas! To further clarify the FloScout was an actual male not reversed. Regular seeds. As per some private suggestions I will also be looking for a heavy forum leaning male and flo/FloScout leaning male to take back to a heavy forum leaning female as well as the forum cut. Really looking for a squat, larger yielding and faster finish forum cookie dom plant in the future if possible from this line. I have high hopes with the Flo genetics in there. A "commercial" cookies if I dare say. So I will be moving forward with bx2 and ibl1. If I am understanding correctly?

^ meh everything else I have seen come from his seeds has been total rubbish. You got lucky but probably better odds of getting struck by lightning twice. Werent you just saying in another thread all the other plants from that strain had to be chucked because of nanners?..yeah, thought so.

He sets a bad example for the seed industry because he is just some noob that halfassledly shit pollen over a few fake clones, but he had the ego of a 20 year breeder.

Yeah, I did run into some pollen sacs with the other phenos on that test.. but in fairness, lots of breeders have the same problems popping up in they're packs these days..comes with the territory with all these unstable polyhybrid crosses I suppose. But, if one comes out stable and dank,, that's all that matters
